after retiring from ballet due to an injury, jefferson finds out the principle role he originated is not going to his understudy but a young newcomer, and so of course he volunteers to train him.

hamilton, former contemporary now turned ballet dancer, knows he’ll blow them all away once he gets up on that stage, if his ridiculously strict instructor ever lets him.
