I also got into the habit of touching my nipples and the placement makes me feel odd, mostly because my chest used to hang low and now my nipples are just...on my torso directly, no meat between..

Everything is progressing pretty normally, I had a few concerns about a slight dip in my left pec but it's the type of thing I'll have to wait to see if its swelling that's causing it to dip the way it has.

I also had a stressed lymph node on my left side, which checks out since my whole left side is more tense than the right in general.

Currently I'm pretty swollen and overall sore when I press near the center of my chest, but I attribute some of that to the binder too since I have to wear it mostly for another 13 weeks.

The Pico 7 device I had in place of drains weren't working for my first week at home (because of something I'll post separately) so I've ended up with seromas near the center of my chest near the scars and the sides of my pecs, so unfortunately I'll have to follow up again next week to see if I'll still have to get drains in, or if they'll drain naturally on their own.
