One’s upon a time there was a teenager who sat at his computer and his dad knocked on the door, he opened the door and said to the teenager that he was going to get his first car in about two weeks. He didn’t have his driver’s license yet so he couldn’t drive it when he got it but he could still work on it. He was thrilled and couldn’t wait until he got his hands on his car. The car was a 1987 Mercedes 300 diesel. To many it doesn’t sound like an exciting car but he knows what it is capable of, the only thing stopping him from making it turbocharged and tuned to 400 hp+ is that it’s not really a car, it’s a A-tractor. In Sweden where he lives there is a rule that when you’re 15 you can get a driver’s license that allows you to drive a A-tractor or ride a moped. But the A-tractor is a car that is modified so it has 2 gearboxes, need to be chopped so it looks like a pickup truck and it has a top speed of 30km/h or 19 mph. but that didn’t stop him from trying to make it in better shape and run smoother. So after two weeks he and his dad went into town to go and get it. When he saw it he immediately fell in love with it. It was wine red and it wasn’t chopped like a pickup because it was built before the rule that they needed to be. He and his dad loaded up the summer tires in the trunk and went home in 30km/h. when he got home the first thing the teenager did was to brag to his friends about it and the first thing he did to it was test drive it on an old gravel road and he loved it, after that it just stood on the driveway collecting dust until it was summer and then the mending begun. He found rust all over it and started to repair the rust which was located under the seats in the floor because he felt the seat wobble more than usual. He let his friend who had his driver’s license drive it so he could cruise around town but his friend couldn’t drive so when they were driving down the drive way his friend put in first gear and the second gearbox exploded. He and his dad replaced the gearbox.  After that he finally got his driver’s license and after about two weeks he felt that the engine lost all power when he was driving home, he got towed back home and realized the injection was failing because of dirt in the fuel system, he and his dad changed the fuel tank, the hoses from the tank and all the hoses and pipes from the diesel pump to the spreaders, after that it ran and is still running until today  now the only thing that he think is missing is some rims and lowering coils.
