- draw or doodle random shapes

- look for new music

- write an essay on something

- read a book

- go for a walk

- deep clean your room

- do your makeup or hair

- rearrange your room

- yoga

- learn something new (im currently learning about tarot)

- take a long shower

- write a short story

- organize your closet

- clean your makeup brushes (i should really do this lol)

- go through your gallery and delete useless shit

- do a crossword

- watch netflix/hulu/prime/disney+ (only do this if you know you wont end up eating while watching a movie/show)

- drink a lot of water

- remember what you are striving for, you’ll never reach your goal if you eat

- if you want to eat you have to do 10 mins of light exercise (for the love of god, whoever sees this, dont do heavy exercising while fasting)

- sleep from 8 to 10 to minimize time awake

- keep yourself occupied!! waste time on tumblr, look for thinspo, scroll on tiktok, call a friend, draw, read a book... (ill be posting a list on stuff to do to distract yourself with soon)

- be aware that breaking your fast will only lead to a longer one.

im 25 hours in on my 83 h fast, feeling good. Im not hungry or feeling any cravings yet, thank god. Im determined to get through this and not break the fast.
