Question for everyone. I’m trying to start a collection of videos. Lots of people sharing real cpr clips online. Where does everyone find them? Other than the ones on YouTube. I’ve also tried Bilibili but not much there either. Is there a group on telegram or some other place?

My adopted sister came over the other day. She said you know, it's funny when you think about all the work that goes into the heart. All those machines, dopplers, screens, and electrodes are all just listening to the heart and it's electrical pulses. All that training, CPR, equipment to shock the heart. When you stop to think, it's a lot of time and effort for just one single beating heart. Everything revolves around the patient's heart beating. She said now take off your clothes, get on the ground and let's hook you up, let's get that heart of yours on the TV screen. Let's see what your heart does and if I can make it harder and if I can make that big huge bulge of your bounce when it gets hard. She then said, we are going to share that heart beat online. Unfortunately there is no speedo video. The short video I had was deleted. I have a few small clips of others but nothing enough to make a full video yet. Won’t be able to record for a while. That’s why I have been trying to send out short clips and freebies.
Finally sharing how I got into resus. Story is real and shared with permission. I speak often of my step sister. The reason she became an RN is the same reason I got into resus. As I said, she is several years younger than me. She is a real cardiac arrest survivor. When she was only 24, she collapsed after working out lifting weights. Once she was in the ER I went to visit later that day. When there, she was dressed and ready to go home when she went into full cardiac arrest. She was placed back on the bed, and nurses started CPR. I stepped back into the room in the corner to see what was happening. It was so busy no one saw me. I could see an older male nurse standing over her, pumping her chest. Each pump caused the entire bed to shift a little. I remember he was pumping so violently and harshly. I could see her stomach jerking into the air like a wave each time, as her chest went down ward. She had on pink jogging shorts a sneakers. I could see her legs and feet rock with each pump. I was scared at first. Later, she was shocked. After the arrest, she was without a heart beat for almost 4 minutes. She was shocked twice. When the nurses stepped away, the doctor stood up in a small step stool and leaned over her, using hard paddles. The first shock, all I could see was her face. I remember that her eyes were only very slightly open. When they delivered the shock, her body twitched. It was a very quick and sharp twitch, followed by her eyes opening a little, then closing back. During that moment, her face also quivered a little and she let out a sound of a gasp of air leaving her. The second shock I had to move away more. The second time I focused more on her feet. When the shock was given, all I could see was her chin, but the air tube in her mouth was sticking into the air. When she was zapped, the air tube bounced, very hard. Her legs didn't really move, they just twitched like a muscle spasm. Her feet, I could see her sneakers twitch. When she was hit with the paddles, it was not like in the movies. It was like her body did a very sudden, very quick "twitch" from the inside out. Like her face moving, it was like every part of her body either twitched and the parts that didn't twitch, kind of quivered. After that, I loved it ever since. And yes, she is now aware of this. I told her this yesterday and she said, oh. I thought she was upset with me, but a few moments later, she said go to the kitchen, get your scissors, take my clothes off, take them all off, get on top of my body and start pumping on me, right now. She is not comfortable with me sharing her name or a photo. To my surprise she did say that she wishes she could get a copy of the security camera footage to watch her own arrest and give me a copy.

The heart is an interesting thing. That 19 year old girl you like at work, that 40 year old woman next door you have a crush on? Every single heart beat they have, could be the last. Everyone's heart can stop pumping at any given moment. Dropping to the floor. CPR and shocking usually don't work. Healthy and fit young woman across the street? Her too. Usually twice a month or so, I will go into a room and lock the door. I take all my clothes off, and lay on the floor. I turn lots of bright lights on, and spread out so I can feel the air hitting my body. I will then just lay there and do nothing but just listen to my heart beating. I usually hook myself up to an EKG. I can lay there for an hour at a time, just listening. I sometimes think about those I have a secret crush on, their heart stopping. Sometimes I tell myself to treasure every beat of my own heart, because it too can stop. I think about the day it does stop, will someone shock my lifeless body, and will I be exposed and naked or not? Sometimes I just listen to it beat and stare at a pair of my defib paddles. Other times I put the paddles on my chest and belly, and watch them bounce. Today I share a quick moment of my heartbeat with you. Would anyone be interested in more heart beat videos?
I have an opportunity to purchase a handheld ultrasound machine. Would anyone be interested in buying videos if I produced videos of me pleasuring myself while showing the video feed of my actual heart beating in real time on the screen as I go? The idea would be to see it beat faster and once I go, you could see the second my heart slows and returns to normal.
