This is my maternal grandfather and I circa 1989. He is the main reason, I will never have a racist bone in my body. He died last year at age 99 and had lived the prime of his life during the segregation period of America. Separate seats on buses, separate schools and water fountains Martin Luther King giving his "I Have A Dream Speech", the peak of racial disgrimination of LAPD in the 70's to 90's (where he lived) and he had to live the side of it we Caucasians don't understand and probably never will because he was black. People who use racial slurs of any kind, for any race, are not welcome in my house, or in my life. That includes people who are racist to Caucasians as well. There is no need for it. Humans are like M&M's. Cut them open and they are all the same, despite being different on the outside.

I was really, really hesitant to post the picture on the left, but after noticing the already difference I have made in 2 or 3 weeks, I couldn't help myself. I just switched to a pretty much vegan/pescetarian diet, no cheese or milk or butter but the only meat I eat is fish. Also no pasta. At all. Ever. And it has been hard AF! Tons of vegetables. I do a shake in the morning and after my workout. Tons of greens, PB and fruit. Just started Beach Body now that I'm not in pain working out and can handle it without dying. I feel the best I have health wise in 3 years. Especially this last year. Still got a way to go until my goal, but here is the start. #healthierchoices #healthyeating #pescetarian #weightloss

Made it through T25. Sweating like a pig, my hair is gross AF now but my shake was my reward. PB, vanilla powder, kale, mangos and spring mix because I ran out of Kale.
