Ley Lines is a quarterly publication dedicated to exploring the intersection of comics and the various fields of art & culture that inspire us. Each issue features a different artistâs take on a different subject matter taken from the larger context of art making, past and present. Our 2017 Ley Lines are:

The 2017 subscription will begin immediately with Tommi Parrishâs âAnd They Rush on Me, Like a Fragrant Dreamâ in February, and include a 2â vinyl sticker designed by Eric Kostiuk Williams. Each subsequent issue will ship when they become available. Australian cartoonist Tommi Parrish is the author of Perfect Hair (2dcloud), as well as a forthcoming books with Fantagraphics and Perfectly Acceptable Press. Eric Kostiuk Williams is known for comics like Hungry Bottom Comics, and more recently Babybel Wax Bodysuit (Retrofit) and the soon-to-be-released Condo Heartbreak Disco (Koyama Press). Illustrator and cartoonist Shreyas R Krishnanâs âBecoming Rosieâ received the MoCCA Fest â16 Award of Excellence, and she currently teaches art at MICA. Evan Dahm is the author of Rice Boy, the Order of Tales, the ongoing Vattu, and has released illustrated volumes of Moby Dick and The Wizard of Oz. Each issue is 24 pages, 1 color risograph printing by Issue Press, half-letter size, saddle stitch binding. Subscriptions are available now until the end of February â donât miss out!
