Naruto AU. In this AU the tailed beasts cannot be sealed away, rather they decide where they want to be and with who they want to stay. The kyuubi decided to stay with Kushina and Minato, after a month of Naruto being born a member of the Uchiha clan decided to attack the Uzumaki family, killing both Kushina and Minato but before dying they ask Kurama to take Naruto as far away as possible and to protect him, the kyuubi wants to fight the Uchiha but decides to follow Kushina’s last wish.

After year of the attack the Uchiha clan takes Konoha and becomes the ruler of it, ordering everyone to look for Naruto and to bring the Nine tails back.
