everyday I’m just constantly fighting myself in my head and going that I’ll be ok. I can’t stop thinking and I can’t seem to stop wanting to stop everything. I feel trapped. And that just sucks cuz where else am I supposed to go except in my head. The shitty thing about always daydreaming to escape my shitty family and shitty friends is that if my mind is too shitty then I’ll feel shitty too. And then I start panicking and spiraling. I hate when my emotions or my head get the better of me since I usually don’t let myself feel them. I used to hope and hope that I could be normal and talk to other people like they talked to each other. I’ve never been able to have a very large friend group or keep friends. Partly probably because of how wierd I can be. And by wierd I mean neurodivergent. I used to want to wake up and just feel normal. Being stuck in my head is like a horror movie that noone else can see. The way I can’t seem to do anything normally either. I feel like I can’t move and if I do I’ll regret it.
