Just passing by to point out that watching a video gives you absolutely zero capacity to perform a technique, specially under stress. If you wanna learn a technique, you have to actually practice it, preferably with a partner that’s gonna be un-cooperative. That’s the only way you’ll actually know if it works. Also, you gotta practice it so many times that it becomes muscle memory and you can perform it when you are terrified and clumsy from the adrenaline surge. You gotta repeat it about 100~200 times before you start to actually be able to use it.
