Hestia, goddess of my home

Allow your warmth for everyone

Spread good feeling to all inside

And keep the wolves from running wild

You give me grace and good cheer

Every day and every year

Fireplace kindling and coffee fresh brewed

Creating love in every room

And rest comes to me whenever I arrive

And my trials of the day are left behind

For each day I come weary to the bone

The warm touch of a loved one,

Tender moments cannot be taught,

Cuddling as the day is done;

Cooking good food to fill your belly,

Kindness to a stranger,

Good memories come for free,

Safe from all known danger;

The lady of fire rules over this all,

Hestia of hearth and home,

May you heed the loveliest call,

May your heart yet roam.
