Hi! <3 Hmmmm. I think any kind of nesting would be considered Hestia-honouring. From what I understand, Autistic nesting is creating a space around you that makes you comfortable and safe, and the mere intention of making a home/space feel "cosy" is an act of devotion for Hestia.

I think it's something that can be heavily personalised for one's needs, and I, of course, don't know what you need, but a few things I can think of:

Blankets are universally seen as a Hestia offering. Maybe look for a heated blanket, since Hestia is the Goddess of the Ethernal Flame. Look for something with a pattern that represents her, like sweets and pastries, a donkey, or just a solid colour like orange, yellow or lavender.

With that, also space heaters. If you have a fireplace or anything that projects heat but cannot be moved, maybe you can set your nesting space there. Just be careful, don't be too close and don't be in a hot space too long, as that may cause headaches and be hard for your heart. Just making a space warm is Hestia-oriented.

If the lights are comforting for you, think of adding subtle dim lights. So, candles, real or LED ones. Specifically, if you want to sleep in your nesting space, go for something that doesn't involve fire, just to be safe. Maybe a light projector that will be set for warmer colours.

For diffuser or room sprays, think of lavender or wood scents. Since lavender is calming, and also a Hestia symbol.

If you like to bake, you can make your assortment of snacks. That will be an offering by itself and also a part of your nesting space. If not, look for snacks with honey, rosemary or poppy. OR just warm meals. Again, anything warm is perfect and honouring for Hestia.

Keep a basket of your necessities that is easy to carry around. A comforting book, honey snacks, tea packets, a colouring book or a journal. Anything that will make you feel at peace and comfortable has a place in that basket. Simple activities that slow down the brain and bring peace are just in general seen as Hestia-oriented.

For the sound aspect: fireplace background sounds or themed sounds like a bakery.

Again, making a place comfy and cosy is such a universal devotional activity for Hestia. I personally think that just dedicating a specific space for her is enough to make everything about that place Hestia-honouring. <3

Hi! <3 Hestia doesn't really have her own mythology; she is mentioned in only a few hymns. Nothing that can outright connect her to music. In the Homeric Hymn 24 to Hestia: "and withal bestow grace upon my song". That could as well mean a hymn, an ode, or a recitation of a text.

BUT, as a Goddess of the Home, which means she traditionally is one of the patrons of women, she can be connected to singing. In a patriarchal state such as Greece, women would spend most of their time confined to their homes. Singing is traditionally one of the skills women would learn and practice in their homes in community with other women. So, I wouldn't say that singing is out of Hestia's reach.

Also, as an Apollo worshipper, you can subconsciously associate singing and music with the sacred. Therefore, your mind can create an image of a Goddess that includes music of any kind.

Finally, the all-beloved Hestia is in Paralives. I really want to do all the community-focused quests, and who is better for that but Lady Hestia?

How to start worshipping Hestia [Iris version]

Start a ritual focused on your morning coffee or tea.

Watch your comfort movie.

Spend more time taking care of your hair. Be gentle and use products you usually save up.

Invite your friend for a cafe hopping date. Write a little review, doodle the beverages and treats you got.

Start a reading journal or make a page dedicated to a book in your usual notebook.

Rearrange, redecorate and reorganise your house. Make the all-familiar space look new.

Sew something small [or learn how to sew].

Work/study while listening to your favourite soundtrack.

Start a scrapbook or make a new page.

Bake your loved one's favourite treat and then give it to them as a surprise.

Learn how to make Latte art.

Light a candle when making and eating dinner.

Make a "baking ideas" list.

Create a moodboard for your dream house.

Host a tea party.

Look for a pen pal.

Create a coffee/tea station.

Do a deep clean of your house. And I mean DEEP. Every little place. Make the smallest cravis of your space feel seen.

Dedicate an evening for cozy gaming.

Draw [or print out a drawing] of Hestia, and frame it on your kitchen wall.

Make bookmarks for your favourite book, or the one you're reading now.

Start a cookbook or add a new recipe.

Collect little magazines, advertisements, and other ephemera for a junk journal.

Invite your friends for a craft night.

Make your own tea mix.

Make a list of small everyday moments that brought you joy that day. Then make a checklist for the next day, so you will look for those pockets of joy more.

Try a completely new hairstyle.

Make a To Be Read list for the next month.

Embroider a piece of clothing you don't wear anymore.

Meditate.
