well actually corpus is in one of the most gerrymandered districts in the us & also has extreme problems with gentrification & also there are so many chemical plants here & the refineries that are KILLING our environment & of course they build them in the less affluent areas so EVERYTHING is a parking lot because everything is a plant! & although we have a large latino population our votes are not represented because of the gerrymandering
