~punk! Simon hangs out at the skatepark a few blocks away from the library with his band: Price, soap, and Gaz.

~ Punk! Simon spots Reader as she walks out of the cafe heading down the bland sidewalk, her figure standing out from the boring deep red of the brick wall. Grime and stained pavement under her shoes. Her arms held crossed in front holding up her college books as the ends of her hair bounced with each step.

~His eyes followed her as she made the corner, turning out of his sight. His hands absentmindedly reach in the deep pockets of his oversized ripped jeans, the fabric flaring at the cuffs and ripping seams. Price looks over, watching Simon stare across the street at nothing. Prompting Simon to light the cig and grab his board.

~ Reader stays on Simon's mind as he practices chords on his guitar, the boys start to gossip, Price and Gaz. Soap is knocked on the couch with a third of beer left in the can he's somehow holding upright without it spilling onto the previously stained carpet.

~they meet at a mutual friend's party, reader uncomfortable, Simon outside on a smoke break away from the crowd. they talk after Simon offers her one. she's too pure and she says no but takes a hit off his. He watches as her inexperienced lips round over the cigarette, taking in a small inhale reader exhales softly as to not cough. The indirect kiss causes Simon's knees to weaken and a hard on to tent in his pants. Thank god it's dark...

~ he has a flip phone she has a slider, her delicate hands holding it side ways handing it over to him and his one hand encapsulates the phone, carefully typing his name in.

~ They text late at night, his responses are short. Hers include emoticons. soon they add each other on myspace, talking more in depth there.

~ Simon climbs and sneaks into her bedroom window while she reads with her hair up and comfortable clothing. He's wearing a black band tee with the sleeves cut off, his arms flexing in a way that makes reader's legs shut tightly. Simon flops onto the end of her bed looking at her sitting against her array of pillows. all matching and set up to represent her routine and care. something he never knew he needed until he met reader.

~Convinces reader to get a tongue piercing, (he has one and promises her that her parents wont see it.) Her hand later clenching Simon's with her nails impaling the skin of his palm. Simon helps her to the sofa, the adrenaline crashing resulting in reader fainting onto Simon.

~ Simon nicknames reader "bird" and reader LOVES it, soon that becomes her name for when she sings while Simon plays. Becoming their own little duo. It first happened under her breath, yet Simon heard every second as her words formed the lyrics to the melody. Soap and Gaz over hearing their time together in the garage.

~punk! Simon teaches reader how to play his guitar in his garage.

~reader bakes for Simon and the band (johnny, price, and Gaz)
