The first Sim-related questions!

Who is your favourite premade Sim across any of the Sims games and why?

Who is your current favourite Sim in your gameplay? Show us a picture and tell us some more about them.

Do you play rotationally between families, or do you normally just play with the one Sim / family?

I will skip this question because I am currently not playing any sims game (but I have been enjoying answering these questions on my blog).

I play rotationally in The Sims 2 since there is no story progression (unless I get a mod) and I love playing all the premades in ts2 so I don't mind there isn't any progression anyways. For The Sims 4, I would mainly focus on one household per save unless for example, the teen in the family ages up and goes to college and then I would play both households with progression and aging off. The Sims 3 was always me focusing on one household.

Again, I love the premades in ts2 so I mainly play with them and sprinkle in a sim or two of my own. For ts3, it was a mix of my own sims or if I didn't feel like creating, I would start with one of the premade households. For ts4, I mainly started a new save with a sim I created or I would get one from the gallery. I really only ever played with a premade if they happen to marry my sim.

Creative question this time! This time it's about stylistic choice in your gameplay. This one isn't suitable for those who don't use CC, sorry.

PLEASE do not trash the playstyles of other players in your response, this is not X Vs Y, this is 'how do you do like to make your game look?'

Do you consider yourself an Alpha simmer, Maxis Match simmer or Maxis Mix simmer in terms of the custom content you use? (On the off-chance someone doesn't know, Alpha CC is the hyper-realistic custom content and Maxis Match is designed to blend in as seamlessly as possible with the vanilla game's art style).

Do you use custom content that has real-life language text written on it, or do you like only having items with Simlish text?

Do you use a mod to change the colour / design of the user interface? If so, what design / colour is your UI with this mod?

I only like items that use Simlish. Again, I like matching the aesthetics and having the item feel like it belongs in the sim universe.

No, I do not use any mod to change the UI.

What Sims challenges do you find most fun?

Have you ever compled a Sims challenge? (Legacy, ISBI, 100 Baby Challenge, etc)

Are there any challenges you'd like to try?

I have completed the Extraterrestrial Researcher scenario in Sims 4 and some self promo for me here but I have posted all my gameplay from that here on my simblr if you want to check it out 😊

I think I will have to look into more CAS challenges that I can try out in Sims 2

I have never been good at building and even though there are some nice tools to help with it, it's something I'm never interested enough in doing. I'm okay with decorating lots but it takes me forever and I personally dread it sometimes. Like, I will take a break from a save if it's time for my sims to move because finding the right house takes forever and then if I eventually do find a house, I take a long time decorating 😅

What is your favourite Sims game out of 1,2,3 and 4, and why? (this includes any version of these games across any console/platform)

I can't just pick one! I really enjoy The Urbz for the DS. I still have a copy to play! Again, interesting sims and I love that you can gain reputation in the different groups. I love the missions you play as well and the story. I also can't forget about playing Moogoo Monkey! My fave mini game! I also love Castaway. I love that it's oriented towards having your sims survive while being stranded on an island and that they have to gather resources and craft with that. Also, the music is *chef's kiss* probably some of my favourite to listen to like I even added the songs to my Sims 2 game (I think some of them came with Bon Voyage but still added them lol)

Side note: I remember asking for a conversion a few months ago but I can't remember which outfit it was so if I'm asking for the same thing again, sorry
