I don't actually hc them as having any family-like bond tbh (It was confirmed back in the day that it's a religious thing) so Donna doesn't see the girl as her nieces at all. I think Donna is solitary enough to not really seek the other lods' company unless she absolutely has to, but I mean forever is a long time so if she does occasionally want some non-doll soul to talk to, the castle would be her best bet. At least it's clean.

Donna has a pretty neutral opinion of the girls, they occasionally join her and Alcina for a little get together when they're not off murdering some unfortunate bastard. Alcina would be the one that Donna spends more time with and they're comfortable enough with each other for Donna to quietly make a quip when Alcina's ego gets the better of her. Which is relatively often. Let's be honest her ego IS bigger than her.

Donna also can very clearly see through whatever unhinged façade the girls put up and doesn't minimally care for it. I can definitely see a time way back when the girls tried to be all intimidating, before the hierarchy amongst the lords was more clearly cemented, and Donna simply chastised them in her quiet voice for showing up to lunch with their faces caked in blood. Very embarrassing for them. Never tried to pull that again.
