Breathing in, I experience calm in me. Breathing out, I smile to the calm in me. Breathing in, I experience joy in me. Breathing out, I smile to the joy in me. Breathing in, I experience equanimity in me. Breathing out, I smile to the equanimity in me. Breathing in, I experience openness in me. Breathing out, I smile to the openness in me. Breathing in, I experience happiness in me. Breathing out, I smile to the happiness in me.

Sometimes, we go weeks with out speaking.
Your demons speak louder than I do. I try to speak up, 
I’m jealous they get to have so much of you. 
And I know many people would think it’s dumb of me 
to stick around with only one half of somebody, but that half is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
 That half of you I receive is all that I need. 
Your half completes the half of me that was missing a piece.
 I love you and mean it, I wouldn’t leave just cause it gets dark. 
I will love you in the dark and I will love you in the light. 
And I will polarize the moment in my brain, 
when I see the sun start to come up and the dark subsides.
 And I can’t wait to finally hear your other half say hi.

I have found that the kind bleed most quietly.

And I have one of those very loud, stupid laughs. I mean if I ever sat behind myself in a movie or something, I’d probably lean over and tell myself to please shut up.
