w/o a word.

Yesterday, I completed Plyometric Cardio Circuit, complete torture, I took way too many breaks, but I finished it. Surprisingly, I wasn’t totally sore this morning. So that means I either didn’t work out hard enough, or there’s something wrong with my body....

Today, I did LEGS-- tabata style. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes, about 4x through. A whole lot of squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc. My legs are shaking right now!

As for the diet, I haven’t been too strict. In the coming days though. I will try to clean it up a bit. 

I haven’t been here in ages. Needless to say, many things have happened. I am currently living in the Caribbean-- med school, I’m also...married. Wow, it really has been years. 

I’m deciding to go back to blogging for plenty of reasons...I have gone back to my ways, I’ve let go of the fitness, just have been really focused on school, gained a couple pounds, you know the deal.

I’m starting Insanity again, I’m going to start heavy lifting again, as well. But, this blog’ll be a lot more personal now.
