When you don't behave the way a "good" victim/survivor "should," i.e. coping in ways that others don't agree with and/or find upsetting.

imagine being forced to sit in the middle seat because you’re the smallest.

imagine being picked up, no effort.

imagine someone grabbing your arm and being able to wrap their whole hand around it.
