Day 5 of 21 Day Fix Extreme. Cardio Fix. This workout is nonstop. Even during the rest period, you have 30 seconds of additional #Cardio. I'm telling you it's nonstop for 30 minutes. So here we are day three of a 21 day fix extreme. Today was Pilates fix extreme and I really didn't want to do it. Pilates is not my favorite exercise and with the resistance bands it makes it that much harder.
