The idea i got floating around my skull is basically just Radioapplestatic. IE: Alastor who has developed feelings for Lucifer and tries to treat this revelation like a bad curse he needs to be rid of. Alastor's just pouring over every single magical book of spells and incantations he can find, staying up for days at a time to find out what exactly the King cursed him with. But alas, he always comes up short. (Short king lol) and Lucifer? Lucifer would probably deny that Alastor has such feelings for him, even if his own daughter tries to convince him otherwise. Lucifer is loyal to Lilith, and he will wait as long as he has to for his beautiful queen to return.

Alastor even tries his best to rationalize his feelings for Lucifer. Becasue at this point it's easier for the Radio Demon and eater of Overlords to do mental gymnastics then admit he cares for another person, let alone that he might LOVE another person. Especially if said person is possibly the most idiotic and pathetic man he's ever met! (Vox is second in this category since meeting the King)

Then when Alastor finally has to admit to himself in private that he does in fact, love Lucifer......he might feel very fucking angry at Lilith. Because what kinda excuse does that woman have for especially abandoning her dutiful husband and loving daughter?? Alastor knows from his own mother's example that a true mother would never abandon her kid, and she would NOT come up with the flimsy excuses for doing so that Lilith does now.
