ALSO I’m low-key stressed about the trip because it’s almost here and what if this time I can’t come back for real

Back in 2024 I didn’t panic until I was at the airport and about to say goodbye to my sisters. It hadn’t hit until then. But this time the trigger came up earlier and now I’m having dreams where my mom takes off with my sisters on a bus and I’m left alone in the middle of the street???? Help

And to kinda make it worse this trip has to do with a scholarship I applied for before I left for Louis tour in 2024 and that I got the acceptance letter when we were in Buenos Aires so it’s kind of like closing a chapter??? Somehow??? My aunt’s diagnosis came up in that week as well and she’s about to finish her treatment??? Am I just making things up ???
