First-time users fetching past emails can only go back 30 days for your first âminingâ. For example: if itâs January 30th today, you can only go back and find emails back to December 30. After that initial âfetchâ, you will always be able to go back to that December 30th date. Â

Time Miner periodically âtimes outâ connections for security. Make sure the email address for every contact in Time Miner is the same as your contactâs email address. Â
