My Crackpot Theory on Reincarnation and the Mandela Effect.
Alright, so here's the deal... last night, I had a major theory crafting moment and came up with the following theory for... well the title should give you a hint, but first an explanation for both terms used.
Reincarnation: the belief that when you die, rather than going on to an afterlife like Heaven, Valhalla or Paradise, your spirit is reborn in a new form as a new person or as an animal... Think of when Moana's Grandmother passed away in the film and came back as a Manta Ray.
The Mandela Effect: this is where people have memories of certain people/places/things that conflict with each other, such as having distinct memories of the movie "Shazam" starring Sinbad, only to find out that it was actually a film called "Kazam" starring Shaquille O'neal. I could provide more examples, but we'd be here all day so moving on!
How do these two phenomenon relate to each other? Well, what if reincarnation is true, only when you died your soul is transported to a seperate timeline where you are reborn.
Furthermore, what if we have the Mandela Effect because the memories you have from your past life in one timeline are carried with you in spirit when you are reborn in the next timeline, kept in your subconscious memories for years only to surface when you hear about them?
I can take this further too, you ever wonder why your dreams are so odd but yet you never feel uncomfortable in them ( outside of nightmares, but bear with me)?
What if your dreams are actually your subconscious mind playing back your memories from one of possibly many past lives in other timelines, and that's why you don't question what happens in them?
Of course this is just a theory... a crackpot theory!
Of course feel free to discuss below, and I'll see you next time.
