LAYER ONE: THE OUTSIDE

name: Nicole

eye color: Gray - changes on what shirt I'm wearing, green and brown makes my eyes green. Blue and gray make my eyes gray. Every other colour makes my eyes gray.

hair style/color: Super thick and terrible to the point where I can't run a brush through it without experiencing pain of some sort. It's gross blonde and it grows to about my clavicles.

height: 5’1

clothing style: Usually jeans and a t-shirt. I'm always cold, so throw a sweater or cardigan in there.

best physical feature: I honestly wouldn't know. I've always been told by friends that they like my voice, for whatever that's worth.

LAYER TWO: THE INSIDE

your fears: Losing my loved ones and having them not like me anymore. Horses also freak me out.

your guilty pleasure: I spend more time watching children's movies than anything else - the themes and characters are great. <3 Most film students aren't doing that, though.

ambitions for the future: Graduate with my bachelors in news broadcasting, filmmaking and meteorology. Then find a job where I can work my ass off as a news producer. Get married. Then achieve my masters in communications. Maybe have a child.

LAYER THREE: THOUGHTS

your first thoughts waking up: "The bed is now lava."

what you think about most: The people I care about and if they're doing okay.

what you think about before bed: What I'm doing the next day and what time I need to set my alarm.

you think your best quality is: I'm a workaholic and will do anything to make sure my work/team gets through well.

LAYER FOUR: WHAT’S BETTER? 

single or group dates: Single - I don't really qualify it a "date" if you're with other people, even if they're also a couple.

to be loved or respected: Respected. You cannot have love without respect. Or at least, it shouldn't work that way.

beauty or brains: Brains. Ignoring the fact that we need one to survive so everyone has one...

dogs or cats: I like dogs but I like cats a lot, too. Cats require less care.

LAYER FIVE: DO YOU.

lie: No. I'd prefer someone to be straight with me rather than beat around the bush. So, I never lie because that's what I would want others to do.

believe in yourself: I try, but there's always times when I don't.

believe in love: Of course.

want someone: People are not objects to want.

LAYER SIX: EVER?

been on stage: Sure - I've been in plays in high school, played in symphonic bands for years and also was strong-armed into the sketch and improv group during college.

done drugs: Never.

changed who you were to fit in: I would rather not fit in and be myself. Then you find your true friends.

LAYER SEVEN: FAVORITES

favorite color: Brown.

favorite animal: Land animal, sloths. Water animal, horseshoe crabs.

favorite movie: Never ask a film major this question. But, I really enjoy westerns and science fiction.

favorite game: This is a hard question, too. Rogue Galaxy will always be a favorite.

LAYER EIGHT: AGE

day your next birthday will be: August 27th.

I have so many people I look up to for a variety of different reasons. For example, they’re great people, they’re wonderful writers, they’ve been there for me and others, they’re just plain wonderful… there’s a lot of people and a lot of reasons. Mostly I love them all for the same reasons, which means I love them with all my heart and am very fond of them. I have a huge list, but I’ll shove a few in here. notoquesnada has always been a wonderful friend to me and I see her as an older sister lady. I can never stop talking good about this girl. notimefordancin is such a wonderful person and I always am excited to see her posts. redsnipertroublewalking has always been there for me, even if they don’t realize how much they’ve helped me. speakshxrmind is a perfect writer, from long posts to short posts, and they’ve even inspired me to get some other types of writing done that isn’t related to RPs. Like, by reading some of their posts it helped me get some more courage to get into writing my screenplay again, after I’ve had a fear to pick it back up. hawkinsflight is super sweet and I always, always, always get excited to reading their threads, along with eyesofwater, sonxofxaxgoof, zerotoherohercules. I have so many more, but all of these folks are wonderful people and I love them dearly, whether they know it or not.

Unpopular opinion;

I understand the draw to coding your posts and everything so they look pretty - I cannot deny that they look great - but I just don’t exactly see the point. At least for me, I do not see the point.

A few months after the events of the expedition, Kida and Milo had a falling out. There weren't harsh words or hurt feelings, the two both decided that their romance wasn't exactly true. The feeling of adventure and kindered hearts during a harsh time brought them together - as friends, not lovers. Milo avoided the warrior queen for a few months until she nearly busted down his door, saying she wasn't going to lose her best friend just because they shared a romance for a few months. So, instead of becoming king, he became the queen's most trusted advisory member and friend. When he wasn't helping his friend, he spent his time tutoring the citizens to read, write and restore their dying culture.

It didn't take long for the scouting groups to see that someone was trying to find their way to Atlantis again. Still wary of travelers and visitors, Atlantis was securely guarded, nearly nobody finding it's location even after it rose from the sea. Only one person had stumbled across the civilization... he was buried at sea. It may have seemed savage, but they couldn't afford to be found. Thankfully, they were located far from any shipping lines and other land masses.

However, the scouts found a small charter boat traveling too close, they dragged Milo from his tiny house near the center of the city and told him to go investigate.

Face turning red nearly instantly, his eyes widened behind his glasses. "Oh, uh," he stammered, taking a step backwards, still holding her against him as he took tiny steps toward the door. Assured that the door was locked, he turned his face back to her and burst out laughing."I-I'm so sorry, I can't help it," He rested his chin atop her head and laughed harder.
