Sometimes I just feel like an alien trying to fit in with everyone. My emotions are too big and no one understands the depths of my soul. I spent years trying to mold myself into someone acceptable, and though I gained friends and popularity it just felt like everyone could tell something is wrong with me. Now the real me is slippiong out and I can't hold onto this facade anymore. I'm burnt out after years of pretending, but now I feel like I'm letting everyone down. I'm not the version of myself people wish I was or crave to be around. I feel like an alien trying to cosplay a human to be frank. No matter how much I try to deny it, I feel like I'll always be embarassed to be myself.
