“When ya mentioned likin’ him…especially in body language. And ‘sides I wasn’t sure ya were open to bein’ flirted with.” He grins and chuckles. “Would not be surprising. I mean you can in theory hide things from some of them. Thor, for all his power can be a little naive about things but his brother? Do not think he ain’t already four moves ahead of ya and just waitin’ fer ya to realize it. Ain’t really gettin’ anythin’ passed him. I actually think I told him he had real pretty eyes before Thor decided to have Kraglin drag me out of the room to avoid a scene.” 

He chuckles bemusedly. “Pity, I really wanted to know how he would have responded. But I suppose if it’s too embarrassin’ we can move on.” 

The man had a point, she should know better then to assume the god of mischief hadn’t figured it out yet. She feels herself becoming flustered even more at the realization.

“Well, I am not the type to cross a line with the god I worship. Nope.” So that meant it either wouldn’t be brought up at all, OR she would be stuck in this loop for the rest of her life. The rest of her Long... unending life.

Yondu’s grin just widens further. “Ah huh, jus’ not apparently where it matters. Ya get all flustered. I’m surprised he ain’t figured it out on his own ‘cause darlin’ ya not subtle. Ain’t a bad thin’ per say, ‘cause it’s adorable as hell.” 

He leans back watching her toss back another shot before sipping his own chuckling. 

“when did this turn into me talking about my feelings, I thought you were flirting with Meee.” she asks trying to rub away her blushing face.

He chuckles before clicking his teeth. “Uh huh, I believe that. Really.” He reaches and lightly taps her nose. “Ya very bad at lyin’ ya realize. Tsk, tsk, whatever is a apprentice to Mischief doin’ if they can’t cause mischief properly. Someone should teach ya how to lie better.” 

“I can LIE...” she protests as her nose is booped. She was a good apprentice. She learned a LOT from her master, and she followed his lead.

He raises an eyebrow before his lips curve into a wide knowing grin. “Aww, ya like ‘im!! How adorable are ya?! Gonna guess he doesn’t know then?” He leans close. “Do tell, ‘cause that is a very adorable blush…”  

The comment is quick to have the dark elf spitting out her alcohol coughing on it as her mind is sent into a freenzy. “OF COURSE NOT, I have never said such things to him.. He is my GOD it would be very out of line to announce my feelings to him like that.” Now her face is even more red.

“Wouldn’t need ta worry ‘bout that wit’ Thor. He’s pretty level-headed. Or Loki. ‘S much as Thor complains I think he’s a little misguided on what makes a God do as they do and it’s not always favorable to others in their pantheon but their natures are different so he just…can’t really wrap his mind ‘round it. But they’re brothers in Thor’s eyes so that makes a lot of it just…Loki bein’ Loki.” 

He finds her alignment, her loyalty something to see and grins. “Can see that yer certainly devoted. Not a bad god to be devoted to and definitely not one ya wanna cross. That’s not the kind of mess ya want on yer head.” HIs lips curve. ‘’S got pretty eyes though. Man can entrance a room.” 

She chuckles. “No I would think not... King Thor is understanding. and Master Loki has his moments but he’s not all that bad.... but I still do my best to not cause to much trouble for them.” She picks up one of her shot glasses and nods to the man. “I have been with Asgard from a very young age, and have been taught magic by prince Loki. I am very loyal to him I would never cross him. Not even if my life depended on it.” Her cheeks become flushed as the gods eyes were brought up.

“No, he’s an idiot who’s thinkin’ with all the worst part o’ him I think but…ehh, she’s a good gal. Good head. And kinda had to was my boy’s sire. Named Ego. Awful fucktard. Tried to kill my kid. He mighta been Quill’s father but he ain’t his daddy. I raised that boy.” There is a clear note of pride. “I would not suggest it unless they’re tryin’ ta end civilizations…well, necessary ones. Had a few run ins with Thor. Great guy. Brother is way more fun. God of Mischief. Met him twice. Fantastic times.” He gazes at her, “And funnily, he has a thin’ fer greens.” His red eyes glint, “Interestin’…” 

“As young kids do, and an adoptive parent is still a parent. More then the biological ones. I was raised by adoptive parents too. Some of the best days of my life.” Well other then when Loki became her master.

“And don’t worry. I wouldn’t raise my hand to a god, and considering King Thor is our leader. I think an action like that is pretty offensive.” A prideful smirk appears at the topic of her god. Unable to contain her excitement as he starts to draw the connections.

He grins. “Ain’t the first time I’d have it done and maybe I deserved it. But to be fair, I didn’t know the woman hittin’on me was her lover. So…the almost knife in my face was kinda unwarranted. And she was. Hittin’ on me. Not the other way around. Don’ know why I’m always the bad guy.” 

“Yer a Ravager,” comes the immediate response like it explained everything which Yondu thought maybe it might at one time, “Also, a Guardian of the Galaxy…” 

He grimaces. “Do not lump me in with my idiot son,” he groans softly, “Boy is more trouble than he’s worth on a good day. Datin’ a daughter of Thanos…I’ve done and slept with some interestin’ people but…that family? Nope. So much nope.”

He shakes his head before focusing back on his companion rather than the overly amused, and judgmental barmaid. “Everyone is a critic,” he remarks, “Everyone. Help stop a deranged god once and nearly die in the process and everyone has an opinion.” 

“Well then maybe you just have one of those faces that’s easy to hit on. In both meanings of that statement.” She laughs a bit. Guardian of the galaxy, she had heard of those people.

As well as ravagers, or at least she’s read about them. Mostly the bounties. Not that she really cared for the bounties though, back at home she had everything she needed, really her jobs were just for fun or to help her master.

“Ah, so am I an’ m’crew. They did what I said and no one died. Surprise of surprises there apparently,” he snorts and shakes his head, “Honestly, as long as I’ve done this I would think my crew would trust me better these days. Only almost died once-ish.” Of course he can’t help the over-the-top, “Well, I and my pretty face thank ya kindly fer that.”

“Say that at the end of the night if she hasn’t put something sharp in it, Udonta,” comes the remark from the bar wench who gives him a knowing smirk, “I almost wanna bet on her doin’ just that. Or guttin’ ya. ‘S a tossup.” 

“Ohh that sounds entertaining. I myself do not have a crew to celebrate with. It’s just me on my own, and obviously with my master every so often.” When he wasn’t off being.. well himself.

“With that experience it’s a shame if they don’t trust you. You’re they’re leader it’s your job to keep an eye on them.” Naturally she would side with the person of leadership given how loyal she was to her own leader.

“All of it, I ain’t choosy,” he says with a wink as he joins her, “And sorta kinda hafta considerin’ everyone else usually ends up in a fainted heap or dead otherwise.” 

He’s rather glad he had yet to really try and get into his cups because he was definitely not as suave after ten or so rounds. He could be direct at that point but he liked to seem like he wasn’t awful. 

Though considering he was in a bar said a lot on how he figured things were easily done. “So, meetin’ someone? Jus’ askin’ if I have to be on th’ look out fer some man swinin’ at me. ‘S the pretty face, a know. Don’t wan’ it damaged.” 

Oh so he was one of THOSE danger seekers. The realization almost makes her laugh. These kinds of beings were always fun to associate with. So much chaos could happen no matter where they went.

Her lips stay tugged into a smile. “Nope... I actually just got done with a task so i’m celebrating.” She smirks. “Currently my master is off doing his own thing, but he’s not against letting me meet other faces.” She was an adult after all... really he didn’t step in until she was in actual danger.

Her response has his grin widening. Oh, this one was sassy. Not exactly what he’d intended but he was equal-opportunity if it went well…well, he wouldn’t complain. “Oh, is that so? Suppose it’s why I felt obligated to come and see…bit into danger m’self. Yondu Udonta, at yer service, Lendy.”

She was nothing like he was used to and that in and of itself was an appeal. “Mind if I sit a spell?” 

Another hand reaches over to sip at another one of her shots adding to the pile  of shot glasses.

“It’s true.” She smirks. “Oh really? What kind of danger would that be?” There’s a chuckle. “Nice to meet you, and sure I don’t mind.” She makes the effort to pat the seat next to her.

It’s not exactly promising, Yondu notes as many of the patrons who aren’t sloshed and sloppy drunk note his wandering gaze, recognize him and immediately avert elsewhere. Somedays he would feel a puff of pride at still being a terrible apparition to most. But that was not going to get him much of what he wanted. 

And then his gaze is met, held by someone across the way and he decides that he might as well and picks up his drink swaggerin’ over. “What’s a pretty thin’ like ya doin’ in a place like this, sweetheart? Could…get eaten little thin’ like ya. Should be careful.” 

A smirk pulls to the pale blonds face as she brings one of her shots to her lips. Lavender hues watching Yondu as he swaggers over. Oh how the evening just got so much more amusing.

She sips at the drink as he pulls his line, feeling her ego come out in full as his warning of the place she was given. She couldn’t stop her smile from getting even bigger.

“Hmm, Perhaps I just enjoy danger.” She admits setting her drink down and facing him. “Though, really the wolves in here shouldn’t be more afraid of me then I of them.” A wink is given as she adjusts the sleeve on her green hoodie.

IN this VERSE, Enlendes ends up being an apprentice to Loki. This is how she learns her transforming magic.
