everybody wants you

step  /  half  siblings  .  i  feel  like  ‘  patchwork  families  ‘  are  so  common  these  days  ,  my  own  family  included  .  how  does  sharing  only  one  parent  /  not  sharing  blood  at  all  affect  the  relationship  ?  were  they  raised  together  or  only  saw  one  another  every  now  and  again  ?  perhaps  their  parents  only  married  recently  ,  the  two  becoming  step  siblings  in  their  20s  and  trying  to  navigate  that  .

relationships  on  the  verge  of  falling  apart  .  the  final  stages  of  a  long  term  relationships  ,  the  growing  distant  or  desperately  trying  to  cling  onto  something  that  should’ve  ended  ages  ago  .  if  they  live  together  ,  the  moving  out  ,  the  packing  of  things  ,  the  sudden  hesistance  .  is  there  still  love  there  ?  how  has  the  love  changed  since  they  started  dating  ?

cheating  .  not  everyone  is  always  sincere  and  while  i   absolutely  do  not  condone  cheating  .  .  .  it’s  not  uncommon  .  does  the  other  side  know  ?  was  it  frequent  or  a  one  -  time  thing  ?  did  only  one  person  cheat  ?  include  all  three  /  multiple  parties  in  your  plotting  !!

situationships  .  easily  .  .  .  one  of  the  most  common  relationships  my  friends  find  themselves  twisted  in  :  the  ‘  we’re  almost  a  couple  but  we’ll  comfortable  not  defining  it  ‘  phase  .  it  works  for  some  ,  it  doesn’t  for  others  .  where  do  your  muses  stand  ?  are  deep  feelings  involved  ?  are  they  exclusive  ?

actual  loving  relationships  thank  u  .  good  ,  ,  healthy  relationships  are  not  boring  to  write  !!  especially  if  ur  characters  are  real  and  flawed  and  they  have  to  actively  put  in  effort  to  work  out  little  misunderstandings  and  you  get  to  see  them  grow  and  change  together  .

the  person  you  went  on  a  crazy  adventure  with  once  ,  most  likely  drunk  ,  but  you’re  not  really  friends  .  has  happened  to  me  ,  i  only  saw  the  other  girl  once  after  that  .
