Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale Brewery: Samuel Smith Old Brewery Beer Style: English Brown Ale ABV: 5.0% Smell: Carmel. Fruity. A bit of bread. Look: Deep amber color. Flavor: deep roasted malt flavor. A bit of chocolate with some fruit with a hint of bread. Very delicious. Overall I loved this beer. It was my second choice since they didn't have the Dunkel I wanted. A great beer all the same. I will probably buy again. The taste is mild but flavorful. It truy is a fantastic beer.

Humboldt Fog Goat Cypress grove This cheese has a vegetable ash rind. Separating the rind from the paste is a gooey layer that is oh so delicious. The past is moist but slightly crumbly. It's white with a blue vegetable ash vein cutting through the middle. The taste of this cheese is sublime. It's tangy and smooth with a little bit of an earthy flavor. This one of my favorite cheeses that I absolutely adore. I will buy this cheese over and over and over again.
Sartori bellavitano with balsamic

This cheese had no to little aroma. It’s a semi hard cheese made with balsamic vinegar. I was worried that this cheese would be too bland for my tastes. Then I took a bite. Holy Wisconsin cow! I love this cheese. It’s mild but full of sweet nutty flavor. It has a melt in your mouth texture that just keeps you going back for more. This cheese would be excellent for someone just starting out on trying cheeses.
I have and will buy this cheese again.

Moody Blue is a cow blue cheese. When I first unwrapped it was wet and soft and kinda falling apart. It has a string smell but nothing compared to Roquefort. The taste is creamy and salty with a smoked bacon taste. I enjoy the smokey flavor but it’s just a little too salty for my tastes. Although blue cheese in general may just be too salty for my tastes. Actually. After having this cheese for a couple of days it has really grown on me. It's very yummy.
I’m glad I bought this cheese I may purchase again! It's a very good blue with an incredible smoke flavor that's just delightful.
Urgelia Spanish This cheese kinda smells sour. It has a rubbery paste and semi hard. I found this cheese to be a little too salty for my tastes. Although others I know loved this cheese. I don't think I will buy this again.

Chaumes French Washed rind cheese. Orange sticky rind with pale yellow paste. At first I wasn't too crazy about this cheese but after letting it sit for awhile and letting it ripen it really shined. The rind is so sticky and delicious with a mild funk. The paste is a little gooey with some eyes. I very much enjoy this cheese and I'm glad I let it ripen and tried it again. I will probably buy this cheese again.

This cheese reminds me of homboldt fog It has that tangy but sweet taste and fluffy texture that I adore. This is a great cheese. Although I must admit that I prefer homboldt fog over this for now but over the course of the week I will be eating this cheese and my opinion may differ. So far I very much enjoy this cheese and it is my favorite of the three that I have ordered from Murray’s cheese. This cheese is more musty in flavor than homboldt fog. It’s like a more pungent cousin. The similarities are defiantly noticeable. It has the vegetable rind taste that homboldt fog has. It may not be as tangy but more musty due to the cave aging. It is a great addition to any cheese board. It has the elegance and flare to be a conversation piece. I may be in love with goat cheese in general
I will possibly order this cheese again.
Murray's cheese shipment arrived toady!
Roquefort Blue Cheese Unpasteurized sheep milk blue cheese. British. This blue cheese is extreme strong. It will throw you for a loop. It is a little moist and pungent smelling. It is in my opinion too salty for me. I much prefer Stilton. Although it was worth trying. I will probably not get this cheese again.
Taleggio Italian washed rind cheese. This cheese is definitely one of my favorites. It has been around for 1,000 years so it obviously must be doing something right. It is so creamy and earthy and nutty with a small bite. The rind is also so delicious. This is not as strong smelling as some other cheeses I have tried. The smell is similar to body odor. I am just smitten with this incredible cheese. I will definitely buy again and again.

Saint Albray Washed/bloomy rind. French cheese. This cheese is a cow cheese similar to Camembert. It is creamy and spongey with eyes. It has a strong smell when ripe but is oh so delicious. The rind has a certain salty bite to it. This is one of my top cheeses. So far all the people I know who have tried this cheese have not liked it which saddens me. Most find it too pungent but in my opinion it's just delicious with some spunk. I have and will buy this again.
Cahill Irish Porter Cheese
Cheese Type: Cheddar
Aroma: A typical cheddar smell.
Appearance: Yellow with mosaic black through out.
Rind: Brown/Black wax. Inedible.
This cheese is a cheddar that has been soaked in Irish Guinness. This was one I the first non-typical cheeses that I have tried. It is a very mild cheese. Everyone seems to love this cheese. This a good beginner cheese and the Guinness taste is hardy noticeable which is a little disappointing.
This cheese is also relatively easy to find.
