Cahill Irish Porter Cheese Cheese Type: Cheddar Aroma: A typical cheddar smell. Appearance: Yellow with mosaic black through out. Rind: Brown/Black wax. Inedible. This cheese is a cheddar that has been soaked in Irish Guinness. This was one I the first non-typical cheeses that I have tried. It is a very mild cheese. Everyone seems to love this cheese. This a good beginner cheese and the Guinness taste is hardy noticeable which is a little disappointing. This cheese is also relatively easy to find.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this beer. It was extremely pleasant and more of a dessert type beer. You could easily enjoy this with a piece of chocolate. Although this is more of a certain occasion type of beer. I will purchase again. This was my favorite of the beer I’ve tried today.

Overall this beer did nothing for me. It tasted like a watered down slightly more bitter blue moon. I will not purchase again. Sadly, I did not like the majority of the beer I’ve selected today.

Overall I hated this beer. Out of the six different beers I’ve tried today this one was my least favorite. However, this beer was the favorite of two other people I was with. The smell really put me off. I will not be purchasing this beer again.
