NARCOLEPTIC MARK COHEN

In the prime of the loft, when Roger, Mark, Maureen, Benny and Collins still lived together, they all go out to have dinner on christmas eve. On like a crappy bar or something.

They're all used to the joke that Mark has a tendency of "restarting". He'd be doing anything (ANYTHING) and then just bend his head foward and knock out. They always attributed it to him going to work at 6AM and coming back home 8PM. It became a punchline for them, just a little quirk to mess around with and embarass their favorite filmmaker.

Before this christmas eve, he has been complaning about headaches, muscle pain, poor sleep, hearing/seeing things, ears ringing. They all think is a combination of stress, cold and overworking. So they all decide to spend their economy to have a christmas dinner.

So they're all sitting at an old plastic table, in this very loud bar full of people with no families for christmas just like them, all talking and drinking and laughing. Then suddenly Mark's head bangs against the table as he "turns off".

(They weren't just silly naps.)
