It took a good minute to realize exactly what sketchbook was lying on the ground, and sure enough, Steve immediately found himself more desperate than ever to get his sketchbook back. Thor was a friend of his, but the other man liked to tease him every now and then. Steve wasn’t stupid. He saw the signs. And if the other man got ahold of the sketches inside his sketchbook?Â
Well, it certainly wouldn’t be the best thing. That was for damn sure.
Not that Steve had any innaprorpriate sketches of anyone he knew. However, the sketches he did have were those of very famous models and actors, and to see them in such of light might’ve been surprising, if not a little inappropriate.
“I do mean that, Thor. C’mon, give it back.” Akin to how a child might reach out for a bag of candy, Steve held his hands out for the sketchbook, only for Thor to open it. Steve’s eyes widened. “It ain’t – that ain’t you. I mean, I know it looks like it’s you. It does. It isn’t you, though. It’s, uh. It’s an actor.” Despite his weak attempt of an excuse, it was the truth.Â
Blushing, Steve then tried to reach out for the sketchbook again. “Thor, I mean it. Give it back. I ain’t kidding, pal. I have commissions inside that sketchbook that I need to have done by the end of the week. If you give me back that sketchbook, I’ll – I’ll draw you something. Anything. Just give it back, c’mon.”Â
Thor knew that Steve was maybe a little too innocent at times for his particular brand of teasing, and even though he knew he teased a little too hard sometimes, he couldn't stop himself. Â The way Steve's face kind of fell was kind of adorable. Â But it also meant that Thor gave in way too fast, because he couldn't resist a face like that. Â
He sighed dramatically and passed the sketchbook back. Â "Fine, you win. Â It's because you're too damn cute, it's so annoying," he said, but was grinning when he did. Â "It's cool though, if you want to use me as a model. Â I have the time. Â And you know," he said and flexed, wiggling his eyebrows. Â "This kick ass body. Â It should be immortalized." Â
Thor's eyes widened, the smile on his face getting a little more wolfish. Â "You'll draw me anything? Â Like, you'd immortalize my hotness in ink? Â I can be down for that," he said and leaned a little closer, winking. Â Thor really enjoyed Steve when it came down to it he did, even if the guy was occasionally totally oblivious to how hard he'd hit on him from time to time. Â He reached out and squeezed Steve's shoulder. Â "Chill out man, it's all good. Â Do you need a drink? Â A joint? Â I can hook you up."
