Kudos to Thor for keeping Tony out of his movie trilogy.

And another one for being only Avenger to break the three-movie rule.

i have this hc ab thor's weight gain actually being a coming of age thing?? like he and everyone else assume it's a product of his depression but without him realising it his body has actually moved from adolescence to adulthood. the way it works is that norse gods in their prime (like odin & volstagg for example) have these big bellies & big beards which are a sign of their age and prowess like lions with their manes or stags with their antlers. all this time thor has actually just been the equivalent of like a 25 year old and he just now hit 30 and boom, his mane and antlers just came in and that's why he stays fat bc that's just his body now that he's an adult. which also ties nicely into his change of course in life; renouncing his kinghood and finding new pursuits bc he doesn't feel like a kid anymore and he's ready to grow into himself. thanks for coming to my ted talk

i hope thor is still fat in thor 4 so taiki can show everyone how to write a fat character without making him the butt of every fucking joke and i wish i just meant the russos...but no, everyone needs to fucking learn that fat people are not there for you to laugh at. We can be powerful, and funny, and good hearted, and we deserve better. Just sayin.
