Just trying to make it through the day

Since June, I've been using a conceptum grid notebook for bullet journaling. I love it. I love to see what I have accomplished and how I've grown with my planning. I started to set up 2017 in a new leuchtturm1917, and had finished my January set up, but found myself longing for something different. I found my old planner. My old Day-timer planner with a button on the front gave me so many new ideas. I can shuffle everything around from notes to trackers to meal prep, on top of having the traditional style planning with pre-decorated pages. Add some grid and lined paper and I can Bujo and journal to my hearts content. I'm working on setting it up, and cannot wait to see how this system will work for me!!

Here's my April spread :) I'm boring and prone to mistakes. But happy.

I have these star stickers that I use to distinguish right from left on my contact boxes (they are never labeled like that). I put them to more use over the past three days by starting a weekly/daily side to by journal! ^.^ It’s nothing super fancy, but I like it. I still journal on the right side of the page, so I can write to my hearts content while keeping track of my days on the other side. I like the chaos that is BuJo so far.

Yep, I cleaned. Sort of. Dishes are the single most worst aspect of cleaning in my book. I can handle a toilet and spider webs any day, but bring out the dirty dishes and I begin to hate life. But I did it!

Updates!? -what was a normal journal is developing into a form of bullet journal. I suck at planners... -my dog at my pointe shoes... -yay me -and I go to Japan super soon to see... MY HUSBAND! ^.^ (married last April 17) I am crazy excited. However I don't entirely know what to do for our 1st anniversary gift. Since he lives in small quarters, can't do fancy frame like I wanted to... -Anniversary gift needs to be paper gift.. -good mood today!

So! I'm "back at it again with the" run :) Except, I ran outside! And it's day two of that! XD I have to run every other day, but still. I'm pretty proud. It took A lot to get out of bed to do it. I lost an hour of sleep for that. XD gotta say, it was worth it!

Yay!! I made it through my first recital!! (As a new ballerina and jumping back into other things after years of not) I love all the girls that I dance with too, they are so sweet to me even when there is a language barrier!

I'm almost finished, but this is so hard to keep reading. Not because it is horribly written or boring. I have enjoyed this book so much! It's hard to keep going when there is such a dark pressure surrounding you. It's made me cry so much..

Eeeh!! After three classes (haven't Brent able to attend many due to work schedule) I finally feel like I'm getting it!! :D I was able to keep up with the other girls today, even if I don't look perfect just yet. Really gotta work on opening my hips more, but still, happy sauce!!!

1. What is the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you?A. I was singing a solo for my chorus class, and my throat got dry and I started choking and couldn't swallow because I wanted to keep going.
2. What is the biggest lie you’ve ever told?A. I was spending the night at a friends and said that it was a stay-in movie night. I was actually going to a club in another city with said friends. 
3. What would you do if your ex-girlfriend/boyfriend suddenly wanted to get back together?A. They are sol. I'm engaged, and they were a douche to break my heart the first time. 
4. What is the most dangerous thing you’ve ever done?A. Honestly, hydroplaned into a curb. 
5. Who is the most important person in your life?A. My fiancé. He's my second best friend and my whole world almost. 
6. What are you attracted to in a person?A. For a person of no specific gender: an interesting personality, kind, and not a douche. 
7. Do you have any enemies? Why?A. I don't think I do. If someone hates me then yes? But I don't really hate anyone, so on my end no. 
8. How did your last relationship work out? A. The guy before my fiancé? He treated me like crap, cheated on me, and made it a point to make my life hell after the relationship had ended. 
9. What is your dream tattoo?A. Pixie wings around a vertical oval with an anchor, a kanji, atom, a music note. All represent my life and it's on my back :) 
10. Have you ever cheated on a girlfriend/boyfriend?A. Happy that I can say no!

I have no idea what I'm doing!! I'm nowhere near a proper dance store, and the only one available is a decathlon.. How do I go about picking a ballet shoe, or even sewing elastics on it?
