Quick announcement for all my followers/anyone who wants to get involved!
Iâll be at AX this year so Iâm offering to act as a proxy buyer! What this means is that if you know something will be at AX that you want, you can send me the money in advance and I can buy it for you, then Iâll either meet up with you (if located nearby) or ship it to you (we can talk about shipping prices).
Check out MiHoYo's official announcement on what AX merch will be there (It doesn't have to be Genshin merch, but if you follow me I'm assuming you're a genshin fan).
Iâll make another announcement soon with updates for the blog, explaining where Iâve been (college and money stuff) and updating my blog soon!

Iâve been kicked out of my home by my parents because I was outed by a former friend as being gay and now I desperately need $300 for medication expenses. They didnât let me take any of it with me and now I am in a lot of pain. I need more money for food, etc. but right now my medication is what I really need. I can barely move around without it.
Anything helps! Iâm willing to pay you back when I get the money later on! My goal is by the end of the month
- Dismissing his girlfriendâs hobbies and interests.
- Talking her out of buying fancy paper because HE doesnât think itâs important. (Why does it matter if she spends her money on something she likes for her hobbies?)
- Destroying a thing his girlfriend made, repeatedly
- Disregarding when she asked him to stop, because he just couldnât help himself.
- Ignoring that this thing heâs doing clearly upsets his girlfriend
- Lying to her repeatedly
- That whole mess of homophobic nonsense in the update, and acting like heâs the victim when he actually experiences consequences.
Classic DARVO response (Deny, Attack, Reverse the roles of Victim and Offender).
- First he says it wasnât him, must have been her roommates destroying her things.
-Itâs not a big deal, theyâre just little paper stars, why are you making such a big deal about this? It doesnât matter.
- Trying to guilt-trip her about how she could have seriously damaged his computer with that glitter! Why is everyone being so MEAN telling him heâs the asshole? And how dare she date someone else! Canât you see how unfair and TERRIBLE sheâs being to him? And heâs ALL ALONE for Thanksgiving because sheâs just being so UNREASONABLE. (Totally ignoring that these things are all consequences of his actions.)
Reminder: You can break up with someone for ANY REASON. Even if itâs ânot a big dealâ - if theyâre not respecting you, your belongings, or your boundaries, that is TOTALLY a valid reason to break up with somebody or end a friendship.

Perhaps your avoidance was becoming something of a nuisance to Diluc. Perhaps it was becoming the object of his obsession.
Either way, he was at the complete mercy of the little information he could actually find as to where the hell you had decided to disappear off to for the last ten days. He was certain - more than certain, given how many times he had asked his network - that you had left the city. Not that he could even blame you, really. He knew it was his fault that you had decided to leave. Somewhere deep in his soul, he knew.
But he couldnât let you go. It was making him ill just thinking about it.
His main lead as to where you were lies in the hands of his very own brother. He knew that the last day he had seen you - a begotten day that refuses to cease haunting him - you had visited Kaeya. He knew that you had gotten help escaping notice from the search for you through him. How funny it was, that even though you were missing, the assigned knights under Kaeya just so happened to not be able to find you. How awfully convenient it was that they had decided to only search within city walls. It was all too telling.
Diluc wasnât buying it. Kaeya had to know where you went off to.
âMaster Diluc.â A voice called to him quietly, rounding the corner of the winery interior with Adelinde trailing behind. He peered up from his desk, quickly collecting the papers in front of him into a single pile.
âJean.â He greeted back. âUnusual for you to visit.â
âYes, I suppose so.â She stepped closer to the desk, her actions seemingly careful as she peered at the pages. âI was⊠well, it was suggested that I check on you. There seems to be some concern over your current state.â
âSo Kaeya sent you.â Diluc leaned back in his chair with a low huff. âIâm sorry to have wasted your time, Jean. Iâm perfectly alright.â
She was silent. He could tell by the way that she refused to look away that she didnât believe a word of that. âIf I ask you something, will you be honest with me?â
âPerhaps.â
She took a deep breath. âDo you know why Y/N left Mondstadt?â
Dilucâs eyes set into focus, then became hazy with the memories fazing by him. His expression darkened and it took him less than a moment to recognise the monster within himself.
Jean watched the shifts carefully, meticulously.
âMy apologies for wasting your time, Jean.â He looked down; Her eyes followed once more to the paper, the perfectly cursive handwriting - his handwriting - was written in blunt, short details, traces of information, and extraneous details.
Every single line about you.
Jean spotted your name, stepping closer to the table once again.
âAs the acting grandmaster, Iâm sorry to have to do this to you Master Diluc.â
The sheath of metal snapped his attention to her, and his eyes were met with the close point of a blade. âDiluc Ragvindr, you are under arrest for connections to the missing persons case of Y/N.â
Diluc heard the sound of voices outside: More knights. Of course she hadnât come alone, not when Kaeya hadnât bothered to show up himself. His mind wandered momentarily; He could take them all out with ease should he select the murderous path. For you, he would.
But for you, for finding you, it would be far more advantageous to comply, and fast.
âIf I tell you everything, here, will you let me go?â
Her eyes narrowed, her expression closing in as she considered the words. Then, she sheathed her sword in a swift motion and pulled on the opposing chair, taking a seat. âTo be clear, this won't clear you of arrest if thereâs still reason to. Start talking.â
And he did. For once, he actually told the full truth.
Diluc told her everything, the entirety of the fight; The escalation when you and him had both doubled down on your opinions of your friendships, the yelling that occurred and his refusal to let you leave. Breakfast, the drinks, and Kaeya. He told her of his suspicions that Kaeya knew where you were, almost certainly. He told her that the morning you fought, and he had hurt you, that he knew he had seriously fucked up.
Jean watched him carefully, her silence a looming presence between them. She reached down and lifted a piece of paper, the one of many on his desk that had details scribbled all over the page in a kind of organisational madness.
âDiluc.â He voice was quiet. âDo you realise the gravity of what you have done?â
He pressed his lips into a thin line. âI donât know.â If he was able to give anything to stop himself from shaking right now, his honestly was where he could start. He knew he was petulant when it came to his emotions, maybe because he his self-understanding is that of a child.
Emotional repression has its downsides.
âMay Barbatos bring Y/N to a safe place.â Jean stood. âWherever that may be.â
âWhat are you implying?â He felt like he was going to cry.
âI mean to say, Diluc, that theyâve probably already left Mondstadt.â Jean stepped away from the chair with a sigh. âI will inquire with Captain Kaeya as to any leads regarding Y/Nâs whereabouts. Whether that information will be relayed back to you is still to be decided.â
âJean.â Diluc stood, hand resting atop the papers. Their eyes were caught. âPlease.â
She held his gaze for a moment, searching for exactly what she found. âI cannot guarantee anything to you, Master Diluc.â She held the paper she had taken out to him, and he took it back with a somber expression.
Regret, devastation, and an unwavering dedication that told her that Diluc was going to become a problem.
ââ
Jean stepped into the headquarters with an unusually blank expression on her face.
In the foyer, two voices pierced her attention. Kaeya held a piece of paper covered in crayon markings, excitedly talking to an excited Klee who was smiling and laughing at the words which seemed to miss the acting grandmasterâs ears.
âKaeya.â Jean called out as she approached the two with a steady pace.
âGood morning master Jean!â Klee smiled at her, the brightness bringing a small smile to her own face.
âGood morning Klee.â Jean knelt down and placed a hand on Kleeâs head. âI need to speak to Kaeya. Would you mind hanging out with miss Lisa for a little while?â
âIs Kaeya in trouble?â The young girl asks with a frown. It was almost adorable.
Jean chuckles, drawing her hand away. âHe might be, but probably not. I have to ask him some questions to find out.â The girlâs expression twisted, and the door of the library opened - Lisa might have been listening in, Jean had determined.
âBut mister Kaeya would never do anything bad.â
âI donât think he did either, but I have some very important questions to ask him. I promise that youâll be able to see him in a little while.â
âItâs alright, Klee. Iâll be back out in a moment.â Kaeya ruffles her hair with his spare hand.
Klee tugs on his sleeve. âYou promise?â
âI promise. Now, go find miss Lisa and Iâll be there in a few minutes.â
âMm, okay!â Klee smiled and turned around. âBye master Jean, bye Kaeya!â She waved as she wandered toward the open door of the library. Jean stood back up and peered toward the door, giving Lisa a small nod of acknowledgement before the door closed behind the librarian.
The acting grandmaster turned her attention to the cavalry captain. She caught his eye, and he nodded.
âYou went to Dawn Winery, didnât you?â
She turned swiftly on her heel. âMy office.â
The two walked into the office and she closed the door, stepping around the desk as he stood in front of it. Here, they wouldnât be overheard.
âDiluc tells me of his suspicions that you may be hiding Y/Nâs location.â
âHe would think that, wouldnât he?â It wasnât much of a question.
âKaeya.â She crossed her arms. âIs it true?â
He hesitated, eyes dancing around the desk as he placed the drawing Klee had done down on it. âLet me explain why I did it before you do anything.â His voice was drawn, soft.
Jean was silent, leaving the floor open for him to talk. He sat down with a sigh.
âDilucâs behaviour toward Y/N seemed to escalate to a point where it was no longer the best thing for them to be around him. They asked me what they needed to do and I told them to take some time away from Mondstadt?â
âYou were trying to protect them?â
âYes.â
Jeans sighs, sitting in her chair. âI see. This does align with everything I was told.â
âWhat were you told?â
She eyed him carefully. âHe informed me of all the events leading up to Y/Nâs disappearance. He suspected that you may have been involved in arranging such a thing. It seems to me that that is the truth.â
âIt is.â Kaeya admitted.
âAnd you lied to the knights about this.â
He folded his hands into his lap. âPerhaps I shouldnât have, but I couldnât assure their safety if I had done that from the start. The knights donât have the full story. If someone had told Diluc, then⊠who knows.â
âThat wasnât your decision to make, Kaeya.â
He pressed his lips into a thin line. âMaster Jean, with all due respect, you donât know Diluc and Y/N as well as I do. He is going to snap when he finds out where they are.â
âWhen?â She questioned.
âItâs only a matter of time, isnât it?â
Jean shuffled the folders on her desk and found the one for your disappearance. âAre you going to tell me where they are?â
âI donât have a choice, do I?â
âYou have the choice to lie.â She crossed her arms on the table. âBut I wouldnât recommend it."
ââ
âMaster Diluc.â Adelinde placed a letter onto the table, right by the food that he wasnât too keen on eating right now. âAn anonymous note. Some information about Y/N.â
That got him to look up. âA note?â His eyebrows creased. âBring it here.â
She hesitated, but followed his command. He took the piece of paper and read over it quickly. His eyes seemed to shine ever so much as his eyes scanned the words, almost frantically, over and over and over.
âMaybe the guild isnât as useless as the knights after all.â He placed the letter aside and picked up his utensils. âThank you, Adelinde. Iâll be leaving the winery in an hour. Make sure everything is set.â
âOf course.â She dismissed herself with a curtsey, wandering away.
Diluc let out a deep laugh, one that didn't give him even the slightest silver of a smile upon his face. Maybe Jean was right in that look that he had given her, the one that told him he wasn't in a good mental state. Maybe even Kaeya had been in the right to have her check in on him. He wasn't going to stop.
When he was finally stopped, he ate the entire meal in front of him for the first time in two weeks. He was going to need the energy if he was going to make it all the way through Dragonspine.
But that was neither here nor there.
In the darkness of the early night, your own hands graced a letter, and you let out a curse. It was time to move again.
A non-exhaustive list in no particularly sane order of shit nobody told me in Pokemon Arceus that would have been really fucking cool to know.
1. Release your unwanted pokemon. Donât sit on those 15 starlys that you caught for research. They give you items when you release them. Not quite as morbid sounding as the infamous âcandiesâ from Pokemon Go, but Iâm not going to ask where all this grit comes from.
2. Go collect those lost satchels. Not only are you recovering actual peopleâs items for you (thank you random internet strangers!) but thatâs how you get merit points⊠something I wish that lady at the cart could have told me when I was trying to figure out wtf she was all about.
3. Pay attention to the shopkeepersâ side quests. Thatâs how their inventory gets better.
4. Remember to stay on top of the farmer and his crops. It is absolutely worth the trouble to get him to grow your materials for you.
5. Check the board in the professorâs office once in awhile. You get no indication thereâs new quests there unless you are already in the building for some reason.
6. You can get eevee right at the beginning of the game if you go left out of the first base camp and hang out in that field. The moss stone to get a leafeon is in the south of the first area so you can get your first eevee evolution early on. Iâve seen a lot of people say the spawn rate here is bad but I see them all the time so YMMV.
7. You cannot swim. The game doesnât try to stop you, but you will die and it will suck.
8. You take fall damage. But not as much as you think So yeet yourself off that cliff. Really, what could happen?
9. You arenât getting out of crafting in this game. Sorry.
10. We finally have a game where status effect moves are worth having! When youâre trying to catch that alpha and it has a sliver of health and it still wonât get in the fucking pokeball⊠a solid paralyze or drowsy just might make the difference.
11. Oh, btw, if youâre brand new at this⊠donât get too excited when you find that red eyed demon rapidash in the field off to the left of the first base camp. If you get too close he will murder you and he wonât even feel bad about it. Thatâs an alpha. They are bonkers strong. I donât know why none of your new coworkers thought to mention that.
12. You have to turn in your research notes. This isnât something that I missed doing but my husband was wandering around for a loooong time before he realized thatâs why he wasnât making any progress.
13. Some of the sidequests are really vague about what they want from you. Just google it. âI need a pokemon with three leaves on my headâ. Bitch, I have so many pokemon with so many leaves, you are going to have to be more specific than that!
14. Check out your map. Thatâs where you can track your missions and requests. Took me forever to find it.
15. That deer is going to get you killed so so often. Controlling him is like drunk driving a pogo stick that has a turbo button where the dismount button should be.
thinking about how my history teacher was talking about the french revolution one time and he wrote "bourgeoisie" on the board and said raise your hand if you think you can pronounce this and i raised my hand and he looked at the hammer and sickle pin on my backpack and said "ill come back to you"
