@blu1x: when u duck off to do a whole photo shoot….

not the kind you take after you’ve done enough but the kind you give yourself because you’re allowed to slow down

because your body is tired and your heart just wants a moment to breathe

rest isn’t you being lazy or disconnected from your desires

rest is you saying i don’t need to chase what’s already on its way to me

it’s nervous system safety

it’s letting go of the constant pressure to be more healed more high vibe more magnetic

you’re already magnetic when you’re soft

when you’re quiet and still and not trying to control everything

sometimes that’s when things shift

when you finally stop over-efforting and life starts meeting you where you are

rest is receiving

rest is trust
