we need a ritual where you can climb into a hole in the ground for roughly 24 hours and just close your eyes and not do anything, and nobody is allowed to look for you or speak your name, and whenever you want to reemerge then you can climb back out and people are forbidden from commenting on your absence. can someone get on this.

i actually do run out of time for a lot of things constantly due to being broke or neurodivergent or sick LOL. sometimes it really is just too late. and those opportunities are never coming back and sometimes it’s my fault for not taking them and sometimes it’s just unfair circumstances. either way theres no magic platitude i can tell myself that makes me entirely disregard that regret. or stop grieving the loss

a thing about me is i basically never notice a wig or other kind of hairpiece in tv/movies. it has to be party city territory for me to even twig it. people will complain about characters' wigs looking bad and i will nod along but there is like a 90% chance i did not notice for a second while watching. i consider this mostly a blessing.
