I have to look at pictures of soap. Excuse me

A few weeks ago my mother asked me "So you don't go outside? Like you don't see other people or do any activities?" And like Ouch already that sucks to hear on its own bc its true but it extra sucks because like. Well i remember trying to be social as a child and you specifically shut me down and I understand she has always had her own problems that made socializing hard but like I just never got the opportunity to learn how to and now I'm floundering as an adult i just don't know what to do about it. The last time I tried to do something new (was actually forced into it but thats a longer story) I ended up crying by myself in a corner cause it was so foreign and distressing to me. Like I'm only 22 but I feel like its all over for me I just can't bring myself to do anything ever. Which is cringe on its own but what can i do!!! What can I fucking do!!!
