Aireys Inlet, Victoria, Australia.

Along the Great Ocean Road, you can stop at Kennett’s River and observe the natural Australian wildlife from laughing birds (Kookaburras) to drop bears (Koalas.) You can also buy a bag of feed from the Koala Kafe and feed the parrots and cockatoos.

They’re pretty friendly, however I wasn’t so sure about them at first, especially the little guy on my head...

However he grew on me after a while, I named him Kevin.

And I definitely have itchy feet. Where to next?

I’m thinking India, Sri Lanka & Nepal in March, 2016. 

Hawaii, you have been absolutely brilliant. The first time in a long time I’ve felt completely at home away from home - a much needed break, soul searching and reflecting on life... By the pool... With cocktails in hand.

Maui - you have been truly amazing. I love every piece of you that I’ve seen so far. I can’t wait to come back and explore some more. My soul is happy here, until next time.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love being underwater. Especially when there’s ocean wildlife. So when S suggested snorkelling, and promised turtles, it was a no brainer for me!

I’ve been in Hawaii for a total of 48 hours and I’ve never felt this way about a place before. Everything about this island warms my spirit; the water, the air, the sun, the vibe.

I’ve found a home away from home where my soul is happy.
