This Hellish Space

I was just informed that there is an otome game where a stalker piloting off brand Optimus Prime fights Zeus of you know, the Greek Gods? It’s hilarious how close you mortals come to parodying real life but when I was there it was off band Bumblebee.

I have bathed in the radiation of a supernova, watched a sun born unto the void, and watched the last shred of light as it desperately tried to escape the dark horizon of a black hole. Each of these events more stunning then the last, but whether divine comedy or immortal plan, one single mortal smile is more stunning then anything the heavens could birth.

At night I stare at the stars and their luminous glory taunts me. I am earthbound and shackled. Oh to be burning among the suns over a thousand different worlds.

There is a grim disenchantment in hope. The betrayal of a promise run sour one too many times. You write the saddest songs about it. The root of so much of your pain is in hope. The hope of a better tomorrow to never come, in love that only bears poisonous fruit. But still mortals hold on to that small flicker so tightly that when all seems lost. When the darkness of the world threatens to crush them. They huddle in their small corners and blow on the embers of their hope, igniting it, that small fire is enough to ward away the encroaching cold of our dark universe. There is a power in that, there is strength in standing even when you know you will be forced back to your knees. There is a bright blessing in hope.

Damn I’m glad it’s finally being talked about I was at the premiere of Goncharov, it really was a spectacular film. Im glad it’s finally getting the attention it deserves!
