But this idea about the story came to my mind after season 2
“....things took an unexpected at the Baker trial today when Liberty High student Zachary Dempsey admitted that he had a sexual relationship with Hannah Baker the summer before her death...”
Her eyes linger on the screen, reading over those words written again and again, in denial about what's written there.
Zach an Hannah, that doesn't make sense, he told her she's the first girl he's been with.
Slowly she backs away from the desk, shutting her laptop close with a loud thud before standing up and grabbing her jacket.
As she hurries down the stairs at her home she can hear her mother talking to her, telling her to eat breakfast but her voice is just a distant sound, screaming in the back of her head while all she can think about is her boyfriend and Hannah.
She can feel her chest tightening up as she walks down the streets to school, the shortness of breath increasing with every step she takes.
Suddenly her legs collapse, causing her to sink on the ground and feeling the cold and hard street under her hands as she catches herself.
Tears well up in her eyes and she sits down again, pulling up her knees before bursting out in heavy sobs and cries.
Pictures keep filling up her head and she thinks about all the things Zach has done to her and if he learned it from Hannah.
Thoughts consume her head and she has no idea how she made it there but loud voices and chattering make her snap out of her trance, realizing she's at school already.
“Y/N!”, Zach's voice sounds up behind her and she flinches at the sound of it cause he seems like he doesn't even know the truth is out in the internet.
She wants to run, to run as fast as possible to avoid talking to him but he's faster, catching her upper arm and making her stop in her movements before turning her around to him.
With a huge smile on his face he looks down to his girlfriend of almost half a year, they're anniversary about to come around.
But the second he looks into her deep blue eyes he can sense something is off and it makes him letting go of her arm before taking her face between his ends.
As he watches her closer he can also see the tears that are still welled up in her eyes and it sends a sharp pain through his heart.
He's never seen her like that before, normally she's always happy and smiling and infecting everyone around with her undying happiness.
Not today tho. Today she looks broken, almost devastated and he has no idea what happened.
“Talk to me baby?”, he whispers and keeps holding on to her face, forcing her to look at him when she tries to move away.
She bites her lower lip, trying to avoid looking at him so she doesn't burst out crying again.
The last thing she wants to do right now is talking to him and it takes a while for her to finally pull away and to walk inside the building.
Until last period she managed to avoid Zach, walking the opposite direction when he walks towards her or hiding in the girls restroom when there's no other way to escape.
That was before she decided to stay a littler longer after calculus, writing down the last notes and packing up her stuff when suddenly the door is closed.
“Sorry, I'll be out here in one second.”, she mumbles barely hearable, making his heart break a little more again cause her voice is the one sound that was able to light up his whole day.
And yet she seems so broken.
“Don't hurry because of me. I'll wait for you forever.”, she looks up from her bag with a frown and just stares at Zach for the first time that day.
The eyes that used to sparkle brighter than the sun and the smile that made her fall in love with him over and over are gone and her heart aches a bit.
“Please don't say anything right now and just listen.”, he takes a deep breath and closes the door behind himself.
“For the whole day I've been trying to figure out why you're avoiding me.
I left you notes in your locker that you threw away.
I sent you text messages that you ignored.
I even send Jess and Jensen after you to talk to you.
But you've ignored everything and I get that you're hurt but please, please just listen.”, Zach's eyes linger on her and as much as she wants to continue to be mad at him, she can't.
Instead she nods and sit back down before pulling up her legs and places her chin on her knees while Zach starts to explain.
“Yes. I was in a relationship with Hannah and yes, I loved her.
But I messed that up and I moved on and when I met you, it didn't seem important. Because I was scared that you're gonna run away when you find out Hannah was my first girl for everything.”, she sighs and shakes her head, slowly understanding Zach's reasons for acting like this.
“But I shouldn't have lied. I should've trusted you and I should've just told you and I get that you're mad and I won't force anyt-”, she suddenly jumps off rhe chair and runs over to pull him in for a kiss, cutting him off.
And in that moment it just feels right. Zach might have lied and she was been hurt but what counts now is that they work on this together and she dececided she won't let her anger get the best of her.
“So does this mean..?”, he mumbles against my lips and I nod with a small smile before I kiss him again and hold on to his shoulders.
“We're gonna talk this out but we're gonna do this together.”

So this beautiful person has recently gotten a not so nice Anon message basically complaining about and shaming them for not writing for Monty and Tyler. So I’m going to go through a list of reasons ( reference intended) as to why this is rude and disrespectful to both this sweetheart and other writers/ fans that may or may not be in the same boat.
***Disclaimer: if you‘re offended by any of these reasons, it probably refers to you. If it does, please take this time to reflect and realize that writers/other fans are not verbal punching bags for your frustration that they don’t write for or have similar opinions on your favorite character(s). You have the ability too write as well.***
1. This Disrespects And Belittles Important Opinions From Others. Since I have started getting involved in fandoms, I have noticed one of the biggest issues is the fact that some fans will belittle other fans because their opinions don’t match. This is probably one of the rudest and downright just mean things I’ve seen fans do to each other.
So what if her opinions are different than yours diversity in opinion and diversity in general is one of most beautiful and needed things on this planet. Especially for shows like this, conversation among fans is needed so awareness can be risen about such real life topics as the ones that this show covers.
That can’t happen if you try and limit or shame other fans into feeling poorly about their opinions, it harms self confidence and limits their ability to speak out. So please stop.
2. If You Are Going To Criticize Do It Maturely And Respectfully, Don’t Hide Behind The Anon Option. One of the main problems I have with this message is the fact that this individual was so ‘right’ in their mind but hid behind Anon because they were either too cowardly or knew that they were being rude, to tell this maturely with their username attached. That tells me that this person knew they were in the wrong by shaming my lovely friend here for not writing for these characters so they, like a child, basically ding-dong ditched her with their immaturity.
((Those of you that don’t know what that is, it’s when young kids, usually between the ages of 8-13 will ring the door bells or knock on the doors of neighbors and run away before they can open it.))
Seriously, if your going to complain or be rude to someone, do it maturely. Because it makes you look awful and cowardly when you hide behind Anon while being so mean.
3. If They Don’t Like Or Have Strong Emotion For The Character, It Effects Writing Quality.
If you’re a writer or know anything about writing, you’d know that a good writer pours emotion into what they write or it comes out wrong. Like any art form, emotion is a key element and structure to the final product. If a writer doesn’t like a character or doesn’t have much of an emotional connection with that character it will effect their writing. Why should they write for a character they do not like if they will only end up struggling and lacking in inspiration, it’s foolish to expect that of someone.
That’s also how I can tell this Anon isn’t a artistic person. If someone made you write about something you hated or in this case feel uncomfortable writing for. You would be frustrated and dreading it the whole time and probably not putting your best work into it. So do not shame any artists for not making things they aren’t comfortable with.
4. Artists Are Literally Geniuses And Some Of The Nicest People I’ve Ever Met. This Anon also said they were disappointed in my friend here. Well I’m sorry you feel that way, but I don’t. If you are disappointed in their art style and who they express it towards, that’s your problem. The fact that they can come up with all of this litterateur beauty is something to be in awe of. The creative mind is the most stimulated and they pick up on details and emotions they most of use can’t even begin too comprehend. They are also the kindest, loyalist, and most thoughtful friends ever because of how sensitive they’re emotional and how complex they are mentally. Art requires emotional sensitivity, focus and patience. Which you have none.
Those are my four biggest reasons I have for speaking out about this. About the criticism one, CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is good, go all out with that. And to all the writers out there facing similar issues and need help.

it’s kinda sad and idk somewhat disappointing that u don’t write for tyler down, and monty. yeah i know monty’s character in the series is messed up. but you as a writer maybe you can think of something to write different about his character. idk its just, that that his character is he was playing needs to be like that an asshole, a jerk a bad boy etc etc. and for tyler he is a cutie pie why won’t you write about him? :( and as for bryce yeah he can go to hell lol jk

And the thing why I don’t write for Tyler is, that I never really warmed up to his character throughout the series. I just..idk…it’s not like I dislike him or stuff but I just didn’t get the same feeling about him.So writing for him would be really weird and definitely forced and not authentic.Again, sorry for disappointing and making you sad.
So Monty…Monty Monty Monty…god I crushed over his character in season 1 like crazy. Season one Monty was great.And I’d love to keep writing for him, I do.
