I love how my friends look out for me. One was going to warn me about the latest episode of CM so I wouldn’t get triggered and end up crying and panicking over it. Amazing people in this world that care about you and your mental health. I hate how I used to be fine over the mention, etc but now I can’t handle it half the time because one event changed my life forever. Anyways, moral of the story is there are great people out there and @livedforwards is one of them

Happy birthday @xlostintheworld

Another year older and I expect you not to waste this year! Do things that make you happy, enjoy the life that you have, make new awesome characters, dip your toe into new fandoms, be ever bit of your awesome self that you are. I know this day is tainted for me with good reason but that doesn’t mean that it has to be tainted forever. We will celebrate as if it is a normal birthday with nothing bad ever happening on this day. November 11th is a day of life and death and we are going to enjoy the life part. Anyways, I expect to hear about new amazing characters from new fandoms, see how they grow and honestly someday soon we are watching cutthroat kitchen (And if I can force you to watch the Originals with me from season 1?). I am excited to see what this life as store for us and add another year onto our friendship and writing.

November 11th, 2018 - November 17th. 2018

So this is a more formal post about this. On the 11th will mark two years since my Uncle passed of an overdose. It was one of the worst days of my life getting that call and hearing my mother’s sobs over the loss of her baby boy, her eldest son dying. Even as I write this I am struggling not to cry. Anyways, over the next few days and maybe up to a week after please don’t expect me to be my normal cheery self or do a whole lot. I am not sure how this is going to be for me, last year it was just going to breakfast with my other uncle, talking about how much his brother meant, picking up some gummy bears and trying to go about my day without him. This year, all I could want to do after doing whatever it is we might do for my mom is go to bed and stay there until the weekend is over and I have to go back to work.

Honestly, positivity is a key to this point in time so filling myself in with you guys and trying to make light conversation helps. Please don’t feel bad if I take a few hours to answer you back or anything. I care for you guys deeply, you are all so amazing and it has been an honor to know each and every one of you and never think I don’t care because I do. I will reblog this post on the 11th as well for people that haven’t seen it then.

hey babs! ♡ ♡ i just wanted to remind you that it’s totally okay to BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR TRIGGERS. it doesn’t make you a bad roleplay partner if you have to stop in the middle of an rp and say ‘hey this just isn’t working out for me anymore.’ you might have even agreed to it beforehand. maybe you had no idea it was a trigger until the plot got underway. maybe halfway through the rp you started feeling anxious about continuing. *takes your face in hands* listen up real good.(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧ THAT’S OKAY. the very moment a roleplay starts making you feel gross, depressed, anxious, or generally bad—– don’t hesitate to drop it, and explain your feelings to your partner. your mental health is more important than your ships, storylines, plots, and your roleplay partner’s expectations. JJ was a toddler was not known for being nice to her baby brother, in fact she gave him a few bruises from hitting him with toys but you would never know that she was the terror of the two now because they are constantly talking to each other when they have the time (Or he picks up his phone).
