Itโs okay if youโve just had a binge or went over your calorie limit. When you keep going, theyโll be nothing but bumps left behind in your path.
Itโs important to settle for a minute and breathe in life. I know itโs hard right now, I know it feels impossible to get on and feel normal again, but I assure you, youโre going to beautifully recover from this.
You may want to exercise until you pass out, or maybe you just want to pass out in your bed. Please know that both of these options are perfectly fine.
You deserve a break. Itโs tiring to have this disorder, and we all understand. We all are behind you.

I donโt even know what to say to you anymore, but you know this is the only thing you have at this point, right? Your grades are going down, you quit so many of your hobbies, and socially, youโre basically useless.

Everybody โlovesโ the fat friend, but nobody really likes them. Contrastingly, nobody wants to look at someone your size, but everyone loves to stare.
