eddy from props bit me

so, day 2 started off by Ted noticing me when he was talking to some fans in line in front of us. they paid for a picture with him so he got up from his table and went to stand with them and then he saw me and pointed at me and his jaw dropped and his face lit up and he said “oh, my god, you look awesome! great- great- PERFECT! PERFECT!”

then after he was finished with the fans in front of us, this happened :,)

after i gave him the jar (i’ll have to post the video separately), he said to me and my friend, Logan (who cosplayed as Max), that he wanted us to reenact scenes from the quarry with him and he wanted to film it (when his table was clear so we don’t take up other people’s time) and post it on instagram and i almost LOST it

then he started talking about how nice the notes jar was again after he said he’d see us later and said he’d literally never forget it and that it was so thoughtful and was so astounded that it took me a while to put it together and then he turned to the man and his daughter (i assume?) that were over his table and said “did you hear what she did?!” and reexplained to them what i told him. then he shook my hand and said “i’ll see you super soon” but he didn’t know Logan was getting an autograph from him

so Logan had bought bloodrage for him to sign and so he did that, then he pulls out something related to Ted’s role in that movie for him to sign……. condoms. yep. and Ted just sat there for a split second speechless staring at them before he said “that is hilarious” and after he finished signing them, he said “just don’t use them.” after we left the table, i saw he had written “condoms, anyone?”

we walked around for a bit while we waited for his table to be clear and when it finally was, we went over and he lit up when he saw us and went “HEYYYYY!!! :DDD” and we talked about which scene we should reenact before he finally said “we could just do… ‘Name’” and obviously i said “eat. shit.” then another fan came up to the table, so he said we’d do it after he took care of them. once he did, we got right back into it and he asked me how i wanted to be known on instagram and i told him he could tag my account (he smiled when i told him it was “star raimi but the a is an x) and he got out his phone and opened the notes app and handed it to me and asked me to write my name and username so he’d remember and i was freaking out over the fact that i got to hold his phone and now my name is in his notes 😭 then another fan came up and he was like “sorry. sorry 😭 gotta take care of them”

we walked around aimlessly (again) and came back when it was clear and when i walked up he went “hi, Emily :)” and he was like “alright, great timing, you ready?” then he asked Logan if he could record me and him but he said “can you shoot Emily and me?” and i said “shoot us? 🥴” and he said “in a sense.” he got up and got a chair for me to put on the opposite side of his table. when he was walking me through what to do, looking back, he was so fucking good at directing me and explaining things even though i did so badly 💀 i said “oh my god, i’m gonna have to pretend i hate you” and he said “yeah, welcome to acting” and i did my part where i’m supposed to be looking at him and he held his hand up where he wanted me to look. then he did the part where he looks at me and oh my god he was so fucking good i was completely mesmerized. after we finished videoing, guess what? yep. another fan came up. back to wandering around we go.

a while later when there was only one fan, we waited in line again and i had my back to him and all the sudden i hear him call my name to get my attention and i melted. then we did Logan’s scene, which Ted chose to be “son of a binky bonky” 💀 and once Logan did it, he laughed and was so happy. then he wanted us to do a scene with me and Logan, so we were trying to decide on a scene. once we did, i was struggling to pull it up on youtube bc of the bandage around my eye making it hard to see, and i said “i wish i could fucking see” and pulled the bandage and Ted said “it’s a really good cosplay you got on. you look a lot like her, too. you really look like siobhan” and i almost died bc siobhan is so fucking pretty 😭 we got the dialogue for the scene, and on the first take i fucking forgot the line (i blame Ted bc he makes it so hard for me to think straight) and Ted smiled and laughed and was like “CUT! CUT!” and guess what! another fan! and Ted said “wait a minute, we gotta take care of these guys. can you wait one sec? ah, just- to heck with it!” and we finished videoing anyways. when we did, he was so giddy and told us not to leave bc he wanted to do a video of him introducing us 😭
