Realllllyyy into the concept of Albus excelling in the muggle world. I think it’s generally agreed that a lot of his issues in tcc stem from self-consciousness and his issues with how he compares himself to his family. But I like to think a lot about the Potter kids’ childhoods pre-Hogwarts, and I feel like Harry and Ginny would not really care about raising their kids with wizard hobbies esp if they’re living in Grimmauld Place (which for all we know could be like central London). I do think, however, they would very much be the kind of parents who say “you can do what you want in your free time but you have to at least play a sport.” So, to bring me to my conclusion: Albus bringing home trophies from youth league football tournaments, Albus maybe not being good with words/teammates, but being quick on his feet and amazing at stealing the ball. Albus kicking a goal from a truly ridiculous point. This later goes on to contribute to his sense of alienation at Hogwarts, because he *was* good at something, the majority of wizards just don’t play/care for it.

Instead of the new dogshit Odyssey film you should watch Iphigenia (1977). It’s made by actual Greek people and focuses on a mother-daughter relationship to explore how women are sacrificed by powerful men in times of war. Also the main actress has the face of an angel 🙏 the whole movie is available on YT with English subtitles.
