Ok so I went and saw McBusted on Sunday night at the Brighton centre and it was incredible!!! I’ve seen McFly quite a few time (I love them) but this concert was on another level and I feel I may have developed a soft spot for Matt Willis! I dragged my boyfriend James along with me and I think we only saw 3 other guys the whole night, that’s dedication ay? I don’t want to give anything away in case anyone hasn’t seen the show yet but prepare yourself, you will be amazed! 🙌
So this happened tonight, it's safe to say I'm shattered after spending a day of training in London with work! I have been following my tone it up app (first time since being back from hol) and it said to run 3 miles! I nearly fell off my chair😖. I got half way and thought I will just do my usual 2 miles but then I thought NO! You can do this and I did! Feeling very proud and tired but I keep reminding myself that it will be well worth it in the end.
Just got back from the most amazing anniversary weekend in Scotland! So many amazing views which makes me sad to be home but excited to get back into my fitness regime😌 the hard work begins now, especially after eating a full Scottish breakfast every morning!
There's nothing better than a bagel and Philadelphia! It's a shame it wasn't a New York bagel in the big apple but I suppose rainy England will do!

This is the best present I think I have ever been given! I got it for Christmas from my dad, I was asking for it for ages and I am SO pleased that I got it. First day back at the gym today after a week! I done yoga and Pilates last Monday and it killed me. I eased myself in nice and gently today, mostly doing cardio and working on legs. I got weighted today and it was not a good site I tell you, I will be working extra hard from now on!

3rd gym session this week and I am feeling good and starting to see a slight difference! Been focusing on legs a lot, trying to get rid of the wobbly bits. 60 mins cardio and 30 mins dumbbells / kettlebells and I am feeling very productive! It will get tough and you will feel like its too much but don't give up and stay positive! 🙏

Hey everyone, it’s Katrina and Karena here from Tone It Up! Today’s kettle bell routine will give you an amazing workout while toning every muscle group. We had that hurt-oh-so-good feeling for days after! You’re going to glow from the post exercise boost in your metabolism. If you’re new to using kettle bells, start with 10-15 lb. and work your way up from there. If you don’t have a kettle bell, use a 10-15 lb. dumbbell. Go through this routine one time through, or if you’re feeling energized, do it twice!
