Literally millions of Americans right now are telling women this: It doesn’t matter how qualified you are. It doesn’t matter how smart, capable, or experienced you are. It doesn’t matter if you are the most qualified person for your job in American History… You are still not as good as a sexist, racist, bigoted, misogynistic fuckboy who paints himself orange.
In my opinion, that’s a fucking shame.
Hillary Clinton didn’t lose because she’s a woman. She lost because nobody trusts her after her proven pattern of lying and lying and lying. She lost because she’s been corrupt for decades. She lost because after her tenure as Secretary of State, the entire world is more unstable and less safe. These are simply facts, and the fact that she lost to a train wreck in human form just proves how seriously voters took those failings.
trump is not only a liar but also a racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic and a fucking rapist orange gorilla and you’re trynna say that hillary didn’t lose because she’s a woman? you’re deadass implying that hillary being a liar is worse than trump being a literal monster and she got more votes than him and he still fucking won so shut your caucasian mouth i’ve had enough of trump apologists today.
OMG...She sure as hell lost because she is a woman. Can you imagine if Hillary would have made fun of a disabled person or talked about grabbing and assaulting men (just a few of the things he did). The emails would have been nothing which they were all along. She had to fight obstacles that no man would have (as evidenced). The old Republican kingdom was never going to give up attacking her. And even against them, against Russia and personal hacking no one could ever find a criminal thing on her...nothing. She had the highest approval ratings when she was a Senator, SoS, and when she was FLOTUS. Her record and her caring about people is like none other. Those are the facts. Another fact...people reap what they sow. All the trump supporters you will end up with blood on your hands and guilt in your consciousness, because there will be carnage. Innocent immigrants and minorities will suffer, our troops will once again get dragged into revengeful and egotistical wars because what we do know about Donald Trump...he likes revenge and he isn't capable of understanding and feeling for minorities and people who are different from him. And it doesn't look like the people around him are either. So while HRC rides off into the sunset to live out her life in peace because she's earned that, Trump will continue causing upset, grief, and pain as has been the story of his life. But for some of us who saw this coming our conscious will be clear and our hands clean and if there is a saving grace in all of this that is it. Remember y'all don't complain when poverty gets worse, there is more gun violence and hate crimes, terrorist attacks, you don't get the tax breaks he promised, school tuition continues to rise, and the income disparity grows wider. You got what you wanted....change.
