Moody Mondays got me like...

I did this shoot with my boo Alex maybe a year or two years ago and I just felt like going back in and editing some of the shots. At the time I didn’t have a vibe to edit them properly so I sat on them... until now! 

My beautiful, badass and super sweet friend Kage, wearing some super colorful stuff to show Pride month some love a few weeks back!

Slaying.

Superhero status.

There’s so much I want to say that I don’t know where to start... So for now, I’m gonna go for something as simple as: Grimes, you fucking rock girl. 

We’re in international waters. We’ve been awake all night dancing and we’re still pretty awake. We go to the top deck on the boat and Skrillex get us pizza and beers delivered up there. The sun starts coming up and the view is absolutely stunning. The air is fresh and the smiles are everywhere. I interrupt them one by one to take their photo, or I just spy on them ;) Life was really good that morning. Now time to go to bed <3 

One year ago I took a similar photo of Skrillex  on the Mad Decent Boat Party. I was lucky enough to find myself in the same situation this year and I snapped another shot of him while he was at it at sunrise. This moment was by far one of the best on the boat... his expression is as beautiful as the set he was playing; so calming, serene and magical. Much needed after a night of super aggressive music and never ending shenanigans. Thank you Sonny! <3

I can’t explain how surreal it is for me to see one of my crow shots as a banner image for Instagram’s search engine... When they approached me about it I was beyond stoked, but actually seeing it on the app feels absolutely amazing! And the fact that it’s one of my favourite shots I’ve taken in a while makes it all even better. I think it’s very important to appreciate moments like this, so I’m going to sit back and look at it for a little longer! :) 

Hail to the Ferg. 

One particular sunrise inside the train, there were a bunch of us up in the observatory car hanging out. Sonny asked me for my camera to play with it and started taking portraits of me. He asked me to look melancholy, so this was my pose for him haha. I’m very happy with the result! :)
