I like to imagine Romana making pre-recorded messages to lecture the delegates, and asking K-9 if he feels there are enough, to cover all kinds of arguments. He suggests she make some that don’t comment that Gallifrey’s delegate is making things worse and she tells him not to be stupid, of course Narvin will be part of the argument, no matter what’s going on.
