oh god what do I even say. hi. it's kinda crazy that it's been a whole year already, being really obsessed with this guy; consistently at that. seems like no time at all and I also I feel like I've known him for years, that kinda thing..... really wanted to paint something for today! had a lot of fun with it!!! thank you to this guy being such a huge source of comfort and love and joy for me this year.... im hoping there'll be more years to come <3 ily parker

You are not a burden to them. Never. They couldn't fathom having such a train of thought. Because you are so much more than the bad that disability brings.

The smile on your face when you can finally leave the house is what keeps them around.

Your laugh when the pain meds finally kick in is why they're with you.

The joy you radiate when you two decorate your mobility aids is why they can't leave your side.

And even when the bad outweighs the good, they adore you so terribly.

Never feel ashamed. Never feel like a burden. Never feel like you're too much. You are strong and you, above all else, are loved.

Blocking does not have to be some big gesture. I block people for being assholes but I'm also willing to block someone for giving a dumb take about my fav character. I've blocked people because I was tired of seeing their posts in a tag I'm browsing. I've blocked people who had opinions I agreed with but they were an ass about it. I've blocked people simply because I didn't like their personality or the vibe they gave off.
